We went for some work and we stayed there. And we informed the staff regarding hot water I mean to say Gizzar was not working when we inform them they told that u have book the hotel probably 10 days before and u have to inform us regarding the hot water then we will make it arrange they said. It was tooo cold and they never gave us hot water I wish I could give them Zero. They are unprofessional. Never ever wish to stay they’re again if they provide us for freee also. Worst experience

Hotel ist verpachtet, daher interessiert es keinen, wie der Service ist, nähmlich mega schlecht! Zimmern waren Dreckig ein Restaurant haben die Nicht! Falsche Angaben im Internet! Vorher versprochenes Frühstück im Zimmer gabs leider nicht, musste deswegen auf Frühstück verzichten :-(, aber berechnet wurde es Trotzdem, da vorher mitgebucht wurde! Die haben sich morgens geweigert und waren voll Frech ! Unten das Buffet in einem Container war ein Witz, lieber draußen Essen, wie ich es gemacht hab! Alle Services werden hier als auch in anderen Hotels von außer Haus gebucht! Die haben selbst im Hotels gar nichts ;-(

Lovely spacious rooms . Excellent shopping environment in karol bargh in Delhi. Buffet breadfast is good also. All staffs are very helpful and friendly. If you like to do lot of shopping and eating this is a best budget hotel in Delhi. Thank you for taking of me for past 16 years. God bless you all. Ezna Stephna Suva Fiji

Good services but need to refresh the bathroom as it too old

Hotel Water is too Hard, difficult to brush / shave. You can't be fresh after the Bath. No proper Ventilation

The hotel is situated in an area that facilitated my trip by metro to other places, and my shopping, etc.

Das Hotel ist zentral aber das Zimmer war trotz Buchung und Bezahlung nicht verfügbar! Wir wurden in ein anderes Hotel geschickt. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher haben gerochen und es gab kein fließend Wasser! Das Frühstück war unzumutbar!

Fiquei 3 dias com minha família. O pessoal é atencioso, wi fi boa, fica do lado do restaurante Subway e tudo funcionou bem. Um local limpo.

I think hotel is good and value for money if i compare with USA according to budget/tariff they serve more , it is close to main market and covered around all big brands food center like McDonald , raffles etc..and safe for single woman due to friendly staff managed it safely. Breakfast should improve and add more options but food taste was awesome. Cleanness is good things also wi-fi speed was good nice location perfect hospitality and room service very fast

Voor een moeder en dochter, minder geschikt. Personeel spreekt bijna geen engels maar ze doen wel hun best je te helpen. Eerst erg negatief als vrouw zijnde en als ze in de gaten krijgen dat je hun kunt maken of breken door je beoordeling te geven dan krabbelen ze terug. Niet echt klantvriendelijk!!!

Bang in the heart of Karol Bagh, and steps from the night market area. Metro just down the road, which is much quicker to get around, taxis just get stuck in traffic. Breakfast was not good, hardly anything on offer but they did omelettes to order (which were done off the premises)

As our first night in India i thought it wasn't bad. However the bed sheets were questionably clean and the bathroom smelt very musty. The shower didn't work and was run down and in need of a clean. Having moved onto Jaipur we've paid less per night for somewhere a million times nicer. The staff were nice though, and airport pick up was good. We were also really near our train station, Sarai Rochilla.

The hotel had no wifi. The hotel had limited hot water. I requested wifi and they kept lying. When i requested a taxi to go to the airport they sent me a drunk driver. The neighborhood is horrible. Never again.

Sheets on bed were damp as was the laundry when it came back. They did not provide me with a top sheet, hot water was unreliable and I ended up getting very sick from the damp environment. I want to forget the whole experience. I would have been better off sleeping under a bridge.

The hotel is located in the karol bagh which is good for people looking to do shopping..the price is good...but the facilities are bare minimum.

we stayed for 3 nights ,,we didnt like the service ,we booked this hotel after reading the hotel reviews from the hotels.com.but theres no such good thing.Also its very very noisy and no privacy at all even they make noises at 1 pm at night and as early as 6 am.we had a early morning flight and told them to give us a wake up call but there was no such thing .lucky we put our alarm on and were ready on time ,we booked the taxi at night and we were asked to pay 700 rupees to the airport ,,but early morning when we came to the checkout they asked us to pay 850 rupees ,its just so shocking that they change there fees like that.the person on the counter was so stabon and unfriendly. we stayed in metro hieghts hotel in karol bahg in may 2014 its much better then hotel good palace ,,,,,,,,will never stay in this hotel and would not recomend to internationl tourist ....

Stayed here for 4 nights, decently located hotel with a comfortable bed and a spacious room. No real useable windows, street noise could be heard echoing in the bathroom so best to keep door closed. Satellite television with access to hundreds of channels, wifi was ok/good
