Pros:1) location at dashwamedh ghat 70 mtrs and you reach at ganga aarti spot so you can be there in 2 minutes ,you can also do daily snan at ganga river 2)you can take boat and see all ghats 3) kashi viswanath mandir is just 300-400 mtrs 4) kashi chat bhandar 600 mtrs 5)annapurna and vishalakshi temple kal bhairav temple all are at 600 -1 km distance 6) hotel is on ghat so all restaurants small chat shops tea shops sovenier shop are at 200 mts distance Cons1) only thing is as hotel is on ghat car can come till parking area and after that you have to take cycle rickshaw and agter that you have to walk 400 mtrs to reach hotel though they send you their staff to carry luggage but you still have to walk Suggestion: hotel can have their boat and they can pick up travellers from other ghat area till which car can come

Room condition average. Can have more ventilation in the rooms. Staff especially Rohit was a blessing to have around very helpful cordial. He is like a silver lining out there Breakfast very limited options especially they need to have few healthy and gluten free options too Location is good

Don't waste your money. Dirty smelly rooms. Rude staff. Unprofessional behaviour

Building under construction, no dining no food. 1st room has no running water, other room had leaking pipes, rude and unpleasant staff, dangerous as a construction site. Rat/ mice dripping everywhere, Expedia need to remove this hotel from site, fake pics, no park next to building as advertised

Two of the three rooms had no window. They were extremely small with no space around the bed. The bathrooms had the shower almost over the toilet. There was no air circulation within the room. It was a very bad experience and had to find another hotel next day.

Clean facilities. Nice room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. Great location, very close to the ghats. Initially difficult to find but the hotel provided a porter from a pick up location. Advise to plan arriving during day.

The hotel room was decent, the bathroom was clean and I had hot water running all through the day. The stuff was really nice..they cleaned my room everyday and one of them also carried my luggage all the way up to my cab (~1km away from the hotel) after checking out. The property practically opens into the Munshi ghat, so it is really easy to get there. My main concern was the hotel entrance which I would not recommend for those with limited mobility or the elderly. It's deep inside the Galis and it is not at all easy to bring one's luggage through the narrow, dirty lanes. Also, there are dogs and monkeys in the area so please watch out for food items you are carrying. The room was pretty clean. I had a slightly leaky flush in my toilet. They supplied two bottles of drinking water everyday.

Vi hade bokat fyra rum. Vid bokningen hade vi specificerat antal barn och hur gammla de var, (enligt Hotel.coms hemsida), det vill säga 13, 15, 16 och 17 år gammla. Vi var 4 vuxna, så två personer i varje rum. När vi skulle checka in påstår mannen i receptionen att barn över tio år ska betala fullt pris. Vi kunde visa att vi åldergett våra barn riktigt. Men det köpte inte mannen i receptionen, vilket var en riktigt otrevlig man. Vi kände oss inte alls bekväma i detta. Mannen kändes hotfull och det var bara för oss att betala extra för våra barn. Hela vår vistelse kändes olustig varje gång vi behövde passera den mannen. Övrig personal var snälla och gulliga. Mannen påstod att vi kunde höra av oss till Hotels.com, eftersom de skulle vara på hans sida. Hotels.com har lovat oss ersättning för de pengar vi lagt ut så jag tror inte mannen hade rätt. Dessutom verkar inte Hotel.com fått någon kontakt med hotellet, vilken inte känns så seriöst från hotellets sida. Tyvärr fick vi två rum som luktade väldigt mycket mögel. Men det gick ann i fyra nätter. Läget på hotellet var väldigt bra, nära till Aarti och Ganges.

l'Hotel si trova vicinissimo al Dashashwamedh Ghat, proprio pochi passi, comodo per esplorare i ghat a piedi, prendere la barca e per passeggiare nella zona dei negozi. Un pò meno arrivare dalla strada principale, si consiglia di arrivare di giorno per poter eventualmente chiedere o telefonare alla struttura. La stanza era al 4' piano con un'enorme finestra sul Gange, stanza grande e moderna con bagno altrettanto grande. Pulita con lenzuola non rotte nè macchiate. La nostra oasi di pace a Varanasi. Colazione solo di tipo indiano
