호텔 사프타기릴

인도 델리에 처음 방문할 기회가 있어 공항에서 가까운 호텔을 찾던중 샤프타기리 호텔이 공항픽업 써비스까지 포함된 상품이 있어 이용하였습니다. 호텔 수준은 국내 장급수준에 채 미치지 못하고 인터넷부분도 제대로 써비스를 하지 못하고 있었습니다. 아침식사도 토스트에 찐계란 정도 어쩌면 더 기대를 한 저에게 문제가 있을 수도 있겠네요. 단지 델리를 거쳐 다른 곳으로 가기 위한 하루밤의 숙박은 모르지만 더 이상의 숙박은 좀 권하기가 어려운 수준의 호텔이었습니다.

I would suggest to stay away from Hotel Saptagiri. I had one night stay Dec 24/25th. I had five hours time at the hotel checking in at 5 PM and check out at 11.00 PM as I had flight for Washington, DC. I paid for room with double bed, meals, airport drop. The hotel denied me free meal, airport drop, refusing my confirmed advance fully paid booking. They harassed, threatened me, held hostage, forced to pay Rs 400 for airport drop. They did not give receipt for money paid but gave a letter that this money was toward room advance which was entirely paid by me before hand. Also for the food from restaurant forced me to pay and gave the receipt of the Kian restaurant which they operate in own property from where they serve food. But it does not bear the name of Saptagiri but Kian. I would suggest that Expedia should hold them accountable. They cheat, violate, act as local ruffians Thugs. I was in that property for five hours to rest before my flight to Washington, D.C. but I was on phone trying to reach Expedia for help. Unfortunately, Expedia India did not respond to my desperate phone calls when I was in trauma, agony, felt threatened for my security in the hotel premises. I make bookings with the trust over the years underpinned on experience of Expedia USA. This booking was made accidentally on Expedia.co.in as i made this booking while in India and it took me to theIndian website without my knowledge. This was horrible, experience.

Room was relatively neat but the bathroom had cockroaches. There was work ongoing on at the property itself which was not advertised

Good walkable distance to place of work and near the airport.

Nous sommes resté une seule nuit avant de reprendre un vol. Situé malgré tout, assez près de l'aéroport, nous sommes heureux de ne pas être resté plus longtemps. Réveil express par un perceuse à percussion à 4h du matin et une scie circulaire à 5h. Il y avait des travaux dans l’hôtel. Chambre propre mais avec odeur de cigarette. Petit déjeuner correcte.

The photograph of the reception on Expedia was not the same reception we actually entered. It was dated , and dark and very old. Not like the photographs.

this hotel located about 3km far from IGI airport and near the metro station. breakfast is nice, can eat curry and chai.

The hotel is clean and close to the airport. The staff are accommodating the food was good.

The staff were really helpful, they only forgot one room order. The shower was broken, had a fun time trying to stay under shower and the tap.

Receptionist at the check-in and check-out counter were unhelpful, rude and impolite. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms don't look like the way they are on Orbitz. It is another roadside hotel of India which should not be on Orbitz to begin with. Staff is corrupt especially front desk.

全体的に無駄を削ぎ落とした、のんびりした感じのホテル。窓が開かないから部屋は少しこもった空気で朝食ビュッフェは去年泊まった並びのホテルの3分の1って感じの量でした。

Not a Hotel to visit with Family. I just had to sleep over 1 Night so I stayed in this Hotel. Hope to never visit again.

Extremely worst hotel definitely not good for any family group, old building, less lights and rude hotels restaurant staff and they provide good services only for VIP, only ok part of hotel is receptionists and room cleaning staff.

Das Hotel war im 2-3 Sterne Bereich einzuordnen. Es war für dortige Verhältnisse nicht so schlecht. Das Unangenehme war vor allem die stickige, modrige Luft in den Zimmern, die sich auch nicht beseitigen liess. Danach kommt für mich die Lage, die zwar recht nah am Flughafen ist, aber wo vor der Haustür die Autobahn und eine laute Stadtstrasse verläuft. Die Gegend dort ist eher herunter gekommen. Das Personal hat das getan was es tun soll. Ansonsten kann ich nicht viel sagen, da ich mir ein anderes Hotel in der Aerocity genommen habe.

filthy room, not cleaned for years, stains & hair in the bed. Mosquito and cockroaches everywhere. Used soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Strong urine stench in the toilet. Very strong cigarette smell in NONsmoking room. No key for the room, one master key which opened 30 other rooms with the domestic staff. No wifi at all, when asked they said it's not working for the past 2 days. Very rude and arrogant reception staff. Breakfast - sight of it made us sick, unclean utensils. We literally ran away from this hotel early in the morning. Want to experience hell, choose this hotel. All the best.

観光には便利なロケーション。 ただ部屋が全体的に古い（古城を改築しているので仕方がないが…） たまたま、部屋をUpgradeしてもらえたので、良かったがそうでなければ、全体的に古いかもしれない。 たが、敷地全体が観光地なので、それは非常に便利。

I was staying in a hotel different from what was mentioned in the online booking. The hotel manager (owner?) did not find my reservation, so he called up a hotel (supposed to be an extension of Hotel Saptagiri, but with a different name) and asked them to move me bag and baggage to that hotel. The stay was relatively comfortable, but the sink was not draining at all and the toilet seat was falling from its place all the time. The TV was not working and so were a couple of lamps. For the low price of one night, it was not bad to stay here, but I think the hotel is not suitable for those who would like to spend a quality time in a cosy place. The staffs were quite polite and helpful.
