호텔 샨티 플라자

빠하르간지에 있지만 주로 올라를 이용하니 굳이 길좁고 지저분하고 택시가 들어오기 힘든 곳을 잡을 필요가 있었나 싶다. 조식은 6가지 선택 메뉴에서 골라야 했는데 방에서 먹을 수밖에 없는 이유는 루프탑 식당은 먼지로 가득하고 직원들의 세면장이기도하고 지저분한 조리실을 보게 되는 이유였다. 그나마 매일 시트를 갈아주고 정리해 주어 최하점을 주지는 않았으나 3성이라기에는 수준이 너무 낮다.

델리가 위험하다고 하고 도착이 밤 12시라 호텔 픽업 미리 신청하였습니다. 도착비자 받고 새벽 3시에 도착했는데 5명이 로비에 서있네요 환영해주었습니다! 호텔은 아주 깨끗했어요! 밤에 델리에 도착하신다면 추천 드려요!!

(Only stayed here one night while transiting through Delhi) The good: - we had a bed to sleep in - the room was technically clean. - able to organise airport drop off during checkin for a fee. - Checkin staff were nice. The not so good: - No hot water for a shower. Luke warm at best - we could see the wiring for the ceiling lighting in the room/toilet flush worked but loose on the wall, generally the condition of the room was poor. - communication to the hotel via Expedia was non existent. We couldn’t organise airport pickup to bring us to the hotel, had to organise our own taxi when we landed.

This property is clean and the service is incredible. With that said, it is showing its age. Everything is still original from 2017 when it opened. Again, they keep it very clean and the staff will do anything for you - fair price for what you get.

Das Hotel ist okay. Freundliches Personal. Die Einrichtung ist wahrscheinlich für Indien gut, für mich ging es noch. Die Umgebung vom Hotel ist schrecklich, schmutzig und laut.

Worst hotel I have ever been to.

The ficility was old. Floor was dirty hair was everywhere. Front desk was noisy and you could hear them inside the room. Not worth the money. Will never use this hotel in the future.

What can I say….staff were pleasant enough. Marble reception area VERY misleading. Room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for years. Shower barely worked. Toilet didn’t flush properly. One of the guys I was travelling with had a stray electric cable in the shower area! Paid for 3 nights, stayed 1….didn’t attempt to get a refund.

Property was in a good location but room was not the double room which I booked on the App. Room was not clean and had a strong chemical smell coming from the air conditioning. Even though they confirmed they would provide free airport transfers none were there when we arrived resulting in a $50 AUD Taxi ride. Had to continually remind them of the need for an early airport transfer for a flight to Kathmandu.

It said they have an airport shuttle - this is completely false. Get a cab . The hotel is not like the photos . It might be ok if they cleaned the rooms. The door handle fell off when we arrived and the linens were dirty looking and stained. It would help if they cleaned the mirrors . With some care they could bring it up to a good standard. There are no females around just young guys that maybe don’t know about cleanliness. There is some great restaurants around the area and it’s a vibrant neighbourhood. Bring water there is none in the room

I would stay here again. My room was a little unkempt, but nothing to complain about in a room of this cost. The staff were excellent and made my stay very pleasant. The area is close to the train station and it is a short walk to the train. I would have used the hotels travel service and suggest you do too.

Very good

The room was not clean and it smelt of smoke. We had to ask for clean towels, the TV didn't work (not important to us but anyway) and there was no hot water. We didn't expect delux for this price but we always expect clean. Avoid. Aweful location.

Had Booked a twin bed room a month in advance at a higher price thn a single bed room still didn’t receive the same in my 2day stay saying that they had overbooked the hotel and weren’t able to manage the crowd. The breakfast was pathetic and untidy half the thing were not even filled back an hour before the closing time as well.

I recommend not to stay here.

Lack of toilet paper = one roll for a 4 day stay Dirty linen = stank of cigarettes smoke No hot water! Definitely wouldn't stay there again under any circumstances.

I would recommend people's to stay in this hotel...rooms are clean. staffs behave is awesome overall I would rate this hotel 09/10

Bra service. Fikk god hjelp av hotellets reisebyrå med videre reise i India. Det var god stand på rommene, varmt vann i dusjen. Eneste negative var at vi fant fluer i maten vi bestilte og rommene var iskalde (ikke noe varme på rommene). Wifi var helt ok, og beligenhet var helt ok.

The staff was courteous & my stay was comfortable.
