Nice stay

The room was not clean at all, especially the toilets and bed blankets, which is the least I expect.

Ok ok hotel, only good if want to stay for 1 night

Poor hygiene. We had to change room right after checking in because room was very dirty. Next day we still had to call manager to get room cleaned, and they did.

Location is idle if your focus is on Banke Bihari JI temple. Hotel staff is cordial , but if you book on line , it is expensive , direct hotel booking is cheap. food servise in room or in the restaurant needs your patience, very bad smell in restaurant.

This place is in the heart of the religious districts of vrindavan and considering the surroundings and other hotels in the vicinity, thus is an excellent and well managed hotel. Has large and comfortable clean rooms with gustatory breakfast and other foods. May not expect 3 stars but really has all you need

This hotel has the potential of being the best hotel because of its prime location but need to work on its room service and improve its food quality specially Chinese. I hope if they work on it then I would definitely revisit them. Thank you

Response at reception found poor and not appreciated due to their students nature however overall food quality and location is good only request you to do a last minute reservation as we can get maximum discount in similar hotel too they have taken 1/2day charge too for checkout 2 hrs late due to health regds

Our stay was during Holi festival so there were tons of people around for the festival, but once the festival was over, the hotel was a ghost town. The food in the hotel was not so great and it seemed like the staff was not interested in serving us nor was the hotel staff interested in having us at the hotel. As most of the guests at the hotel were Indian, we must have been out of place as we are another Asian ethnicity. We stayed 3 nights and were comfortable in our room, but there was little cleaning done in the hallways and little trash removal. In fact, the trash sat in the hallway during our entire stay. However, the lobby and front were well maintained. The most helpful staff were the security guards who assisted us with our auto rickshaw requests.

Ich bin bereits extrem oft verreist. Dieses Hotel faellt jedoch unter die top 3 meiner schlechtesten hotels. Das Personal ist überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Ein tägliches Hallo war nicht drin. Grössere Geldscheine gegen Kleingeld wechseln war nicht drin. Im Zimmer fehlte Klopapier, musste täglich nachfragen. Wasserkocher ohne Tee&Kaffee. Kein Wifi im Zimmer, keine minibar, kein safe. Die Zimmermauern waren dreckig. Bei ausgebuchtem Hotel war kaum jemand im Restaurant des Hotels (schlechtes Zeichen). Kein Restaurant in der Umgebung. Abends muss man zu nem Strassenstand gehen um Wasser zu kaufen. Man fühlt sich nicht wie in Ferien... ich fühlte mich im nächsten Hostel viel wohler!

Comfortable stay. Service staff is excellent. Very near to Banke Bihari temple.
