호텔 우다이 코티

Suite 7 room에 묵었습니다. 사전에 2박을 예약하고 다른 호텔로 옮기려고 했는데, 너무 마음에 들어서 2박을 더 묵었죠. 인도에서 묵었던 비슷한 가격대의 호텔 중 최고였습니다. 일단 방이 매우 넓고, 깨끗하고, 편리했어요. 거실, 방, 드레스룸이 구분되어 있고, 가구도 많고, 욕실의 시설도 특급호텔급이었죠. Suite 7 room은 6층이었기 때문에 호수 전망도 아름다웠어요. 옥상의 수영장도 아담하지만 좋았습니다. 중앙 정원도 아주 잘 관리되어 있었고, 데스크 또한 매우 친절했습니다. 직원이 영어도 굉장히 잘하고요. 단점은 전혀 찾을 수 없는 호텔이었습니다. 호텔 때문인지 3주간의 인도여행 중 Udaipur가 가장 좋았던 것 같네요. 진심으로 강력 추천합니다.

The stay was good! Spacious suite rooms but the smell inside the rooms was terrible.

We booked the "Udai Kothi" suite. The supposed most luxurious room. On arrival TV not working, safe not working, WIFI not working. Urine stained bedsheet, a jar of half eaten and bitten into cookies. No bathrobes, definitely needed for outdoor jacuzzi. Which wasn't filled on arrival. Takes a good couple of hours to fill. Also not advised that you have to call reception tfor them to turn on the jacuzzi. These emusualky involved a couple of phone calls to get switched on. They would then decide when it was switched off. It was turned off around 3.45 whilst we were still in it. Also not all of the jets in the jacuzzi worked. When we asked for bathrobes they said they didn't have as guests steal them!! That really isn't my problem. So only 2 towels were given. These were expected to be used for jacuzzi, shower and the indoor pool. Not good! Housekeeping is lazy. Often not leaving tea or coffee or both and again we would have to call reception. Also would often not leave water upstairs or just half the amount. Again giving cause for us to call reception There is no coffee maker as per room description, just a kettle There is no dressing room in this suite, again description of room says there is. Slippers and laundry bag were mysteriously placed in wardrobes after 3 days! Had to deal with the comings and goings of many hotel staff trying to sort out safe, TV and WiFi. Over 4 hours of our precious holiday time was wasted hanging around while various staff tried to fix the probles

TV doesn't work, internet doesn't work, safe doesn't work, jacuzzi doesn't work No bathrobes,

Rooms smells badly, towels were bad asked for fresh towels the lady came and sprayed the towels, Elavator was not working properly we got stuck 3 times. It was going up and down not sopping. Our experience was really bad. The price we paid per room per night could have stayed in a five star hotel. At night it was scary to go to your rooms the rooms were so far and no proper light was provided.i will not recommend this hotel to any one at all. We have booked 3 rooms all the rooms had same problem. Staff was not friendly at all. Their Manager Arif was so rude. He owes me 5000 rupees which he did not returned.will really appreciate if you can get my money back

Room, amenities very dirty

So I booked this just to stay for one night. I just wanted to be close to the old town. I wanted to use this just to sleep as I wanted to shop a little bit around. I looked at the website. I looked at hotels.com here with the pictures that this company has here and let me tell you. It is not how it looks like. It looks completely different in person so the next day we had to leave to a much better hotel. Also, I don’t want to mention the amazing beautiful pool in the picture that they have, the pool is empty.

The hotel was great. Alot of steps but if youre ok with that its very very good. Ambiance is off the charts unique. Ok food. Manager on duty was very kind and helpful. Everyone there was nice. It was a very good choice.

Many times they don’t pickup phones

This property can be so much more, with a little effort to maintain the suites. The rooms were tastefully designed but fixtures and accessories all required maintenance or replacement. Rooftop restaurant and pool is 5 star and restaurant staff were very accommodating.

Außen Hui Innen Na ja gerade so akzeptabel. Sehr gute zentrale Lage daher guter Ausgangspunkt altes Udaipur zu Fuß erkunden zu können. Poolanlage ist sehr schön die Zimmer okay allerdings Bad und Zimmereinrichtung sauber aber bereits sehr in Jahre gekommen. Kühlschrank ohne Funktion kein Fön Frühstück eher nicht Wir werden sicher nicht wiederkommen

Hotel was v good. Reception were courteous and helpful. View from the rooftop restaurant was unmatched. Food and staff on our first night were excellent, opening up the raised viewpoint for us to take drinks and get closer to the view. Breakfast however was disappointing - not a Buffett on the first morning, no menu and limited offering. 2nd morning better but fell short of our first nights experience. Would defo choose this hotel just for the view

Property and our stay was awesome but we got sick from the restaurants food. The restaurant has poor service too and one of the pools is just for show.

Hotel has 5 star quality . Attention to detail. Friendly staff.

This property is beautiful but seems like the management has stopped caring. it is now rundown. You can see broken marble, glasses etc. the plumbing system does not function well. And we were there for 24 hours and wifi did not work at all, though the staff tried to fix it. It seems the good days are behind this beautiful property. The pro was, there is lot of shopping around and people are very nice, Two very beautiful retuatrants, Ambrai and Upre are walkable distance.

Very large and comfortable room with separate sitting room. Very nice traditional decorations and style, not your typical standard hotel room! Good service. Nice view from rooftop terrace and breakfast area.

Looks like a palacial building with ornate architecture and intricate designs all over. We felt like we went back in time over 100 years. Very nicely decoated with old time theme. The roof top pool area is full of Instagram type photo spots. If you like heritage look, this is the right hotel. If you like contemporary design and absolute today's bathroom and bedroom, this hotel is probably not the right one. We loved their old looking bathroom and bedroom. Service was quite good.

Very goog hotel well located in Udaipur, beautiful view on the Pichola lake . Walking distance to the fort. The bar on the roof top is amazing, we had a very nice stay there.
