The hotel was quiet and clean. The metro station was really close. The staff was super helpful and friendly!

I booked 3 double bed rooms for 3 families far in advance. What I did not like is when I reached the hotel with my family they said double bed rooms are not available, insted they offered me two family rooms. Also they mentioned that breakfast is not complimentary and charged for it. Which is a big inconvenience and it looks like they do not care about customers. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends going forward.

Although it is not 5 star hotel, their service is better than many 5 stars hotel. Attentive and caring. They are always there when you need help. Their rooms are clean and comfortable. They handled any complaints or feedback efficiently.

Property is little bit inside from big road, so it’s quite. Staff at desk is little bit arrogant. No doubt they try to help you but they want to get rid of you . No hot water just lukewarm. And that you get it after running faucet for ten min . That’s lot of water waste !!!!!! Room bathrooms looks clean

We went for a religious trip to Varanasi. Hotel was situated close to all temples. Rooms were a bit outdated but kept as clean as possible. Food in the restaurant was good. Good help by the hotel manager.

We came to Varanasi for one night. We chose it because it was new and had good reviews. The location is on a small side street which was great ... Less noise !! Small hotel, clean rooms, big bathroom, breakfast was simple but good, dinner was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Best part was our guide lived across the street. Felt very safe walking around, lots of shopping and places to eat in the neiborhood.

L’hotel Est très propre ainsi que la chambre. Le personnel ne comprenait pas beaucoup l’anglais et l’emplacement de l’hotel n’était pas idéal. Très bruyant. Le petit-déjeuner pas très bon.

Hotel was very clean.the room's were very clean. It's in great condition my staff was amazing. Highly recommend.

立地場所が分かりづらく、またホテル正面の道路が狭い。WiFiのコンディションが不安定。朝食が8時からというのがそもそも遅いが、8時に朝食会場にいっても準備ができておらず、10分以上待たされることも。部屋自体はきれいに維持されている。

The hotel is clean, safe and has generally courteous staff. The front desk people are helpful. Even though their check-in time is at 3 pm, they courteously accommodate early arrivals without asking for any extra. Front office personnel try to be responsive and accommodating. Many staff personnel are highly honest and helpful. In general the staff of this hotel are trustworthy. I gave four articles for laundry that included a pant of my 8 year old son. His pocket was containing Rs. 1000 (About $14), I promptly got a call from reception and they returned the money. At the same time we had staff of the restaurant attached to the hotel who refused to provide food even though the order was placed before 10 PM, their stated cutoff time. At around 9.25 a staff refused to prepare food. Invariably their food preparation has problems. Even in steam rice, they add butter or oil despite explicitly stating not to do so. Biggest problem with this hotel is their Wi-Fi system. The system is highly unreliable. It worked in our room just twice for a total duration of 30 minutes or for our total stay of 5 days. The Wi-Fi worked only in the lobby but that too is patchy and at times do not work. The room has no plug around beds. I had to ask for an extension and unplug TV so that I could charge cell phone, iPAD and computer. The other plug is the coffee maker. Though the hotel is newly built but I was astonished that there was no plug and specially lack of plug in the bedside.

This hotel is a good hotel in terms of location and decor - and welcoming. However, it was apparent that there were ongoing renovations, and even in our room, it was apparent there had been work prior to our arrival as when we arrived in our room, we had a strong smell of varnish or paint. There were still wires hanging off the wall in the bathroom, and in the stairwell, the wifi didn't work in our room and we asked for some thinner pillows and this was not met. It has great potential and just needs to offer the service and tidy up the ongoing work.

Overall very happy with the room. Very clean and very new. Room service was good too. Breakfast was enough. Wifi connection was not good but did not effect us. No water bottle given but we got our own so did not need . But overall very happy with the stay.

Decent place, its nice and clean water is warm and the food is decent but there is no wifi only works in the lobby and is very inconvient had to use my cell phone data the whole stay

Hotel appears to be fairly new, the room is in excellent shape, bed is comfortable, I liked my view of the rooftops watching the kids fly kites. The bathroom does turn into an ice skating rink when wet as floors polished granite. Breakfast was very average Indian food although they did offer boiled eggs. The problem was location and WiFi. They say the WiFi is a temporary problem and maybe it is, I could only get it in the lobby, sometimes. Management were kind enough to give me the use of a portable WiFi device which worked sometimes in my room. The location is a distance from the heart and soul of Varanasi, the Ghats. It’s very walkable, about 40 mins each way through interesting lanes although you have honking motorcycles to annoy you the entire journey. If you want a clean, new, comfortable room for a great price and not so worried about WiFi or location then book it. Very few ‘upscale’ places are this affordable I’m Varanasi. The staff are awesome.

Clean and safe with wonderful staff. The food was excellent and the room was spacious.
