Parking people just looting for taxi 3 times charging and body stop them

Very poor condition of rooms. Manager sidhant was very nice and changed rooms until we find the room to settle in. All rooms seriously need renovations. Next morning operations manager Neerav sharma acknowledged the situation and apologize and said he has been appointed to improve the property condition and was also very nice and offered extra benefits and amenities for future stay. Which I don't know if we ever going to use it.

Missing washroom curtain water everywhere Not great

Rampant prostitution, drunk neighbours and the walls are thin - good luck if you are on a business trip and need a peaceful night sleep.

Hotel was not good, staff at reception was very rude. Bathroom shower was broken, the hotel need to upgrade and make more clean.

Very nice vist especially staff called karishma made us have a warm welcome and warm stay and got are early check in thanks to Krishma made us have a lovely stay and room where 10 star

The rooms are big but ever piece of furniture has stsins on it. Felt discusted and the bathroom stank all the time. The corridors also stank. Little more maintenance is required at this property.

It’s a nice , clean property. Good staff. Good location. However property isn’t 5 star as listed in Expedia. Worth the price I booked it for.

I called the hotel two days before my flight to arrange a pickup. I spent 12 minutes on the phone with the receptionist, who assured me the pickup was arranged and that I didn’t need to worry. However, when I arrived at the airport, no one was there to pick me up. This was extremely stressful, especially as a female traveler standing alone for 45 minutes trying to find help. Thankfully, Expedia’s agent was very supportive and helped me resolve the situation, which I deeply appreciate. However, the hotel failed to send someone to pick me up as promised and seemed unconcerned about their mistake. Eventually, someone arrived to pick me up after 45 minutes. Additionally, I had to repeatedly ask for bottled water during my stay—sometimes two or three times before I could get it. The cleanliness of the hotel was also very disappointing. It was not clean at all, and I have photos to prove it. Upon arriving, I immediately had to request new bed sheets because it was clear the sheets hadn’t been changed from the previous guest.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, can be at best 4 start but more like a 3 star hotel. Old, not clean carpet and the staff not friendly

Was in room 417, guests in room 416 decided to have a drunken party. Was asked if I wanted to be moved late on my final evening to another room further down the corridor, most hotels would get the people partying to shut up! If this hadnt happened it would have been 5s all round. Its just unfortunate that I got the sticky eblnd of the stick that evening. Still waiting for Hyatt to get back to me I have emailed a number of times.

Very efficient and helpful staff. Prompt room service. Good quality breakfast. Good security makes you feel nothing possible go wrong in staying here. This is close to the Metro station, not too close to downtown, not far away from the international airport of New Delhi.

Very average stay. Not a clean place. Menu adveritises many items that they cant or wont make. Morning buffet was average but atleast they had one. I stayed nearly 2 weeks for work and i survived. If u need to stay in janakpuri then i think this hotel is your only 5 star choice but dont expect 5 star service or quality.

The rooms were very dated. We was taken to a room that smelt of damp. Staff then showed us two other rooms which also had a damp smell. Bathroom conditions were not of a good standard. Infact I had to question myself if this is a genuine Hyatt. The dated wooden floor was stuck and the rugs in the room were dirty. I would not class this as a 5 star property.

My God!! If this is the Standard of Hyatt then it must be put out there there chain is completely going downhill! This is a four star hotel the only good thing was hotel Lobby! Don’t fall for they have done refurbishment as they haven’t!! The food was standard better downtown to be honest! You must as well stay in Karol Bagh the Manager did not go above and beyond even after I sat down and talk to him. It was disappointing at the very least and the staff are slow service is slow the good thing was the valet parking. You will see by the pictures how awful the interior is.waste of my time and money!! The bathtub was stained all taps had limescale. Stains in walls broken chairs dirt linen can go on pool wasn’t clean had pigeons drinking water from pool swimming literally.
