호텔이 청결했고, 스탭분들이 친절했어요~

一日中、ノック音の様な音が聞こえるのが、耳障りだった。

バンガロールの中では比較的安いホテル。 部屋は決して大きくないが、シャワー・洗面・トイレは不自由なく使える。

Positive-Central location, Good service and restaurant. Negative-Unable to get cooler temperature to sleep, room was very humid, needs ceiling fan.

Have been staying at IBIS for years now This one surely Needs upgrade Old dirty bed sheets , bad pillows TV remote did not work properly - even after complaining twice Below avg breakfast & food quality

Considering this is called ibis city centre it didn’t feel like it with very limited shops, restaurants, malls ect. As for the room, there was no hot water in the shower and my tv wasn’t working. Definitely won’t recommend I’m sorry to say

Facility was good because a refrigerator was in the room. It would be perfect if I can watch some more international TV channels. Amenities were so-so. Tissue paper wasn't provided in first and second day but it was provided from 3rd day. Face towel was provided only in that last night. It would be perfect if they were prepared from 1st day. Quality of staff was very nice, but only pain point was they were asking feedback on Google almost every morning ... I was a bit sick of it.

The security scrutiny was just unimaginable. Took almost an hour to verify my ID. The rooms smells- I regret booking this hotel at this price. Room r very very small. They did not even put the AC on Before I come to this room so it was very hot , cramped and smelly room. The restaurant at this hotel is extremely expensive - for such a dirty and very mediocre restaurant. Don’t stay at this hotel

The room was too small

Nice size for one person. But unable to open 2 lugguage at the same time. Clean and simple but rooms do get musty and humid.

The room was clean and decent, the view is good, location is superb.

The beds are bad , and the linens are not maintained well , Excellent room service and a happy receptionist to welcome us ..

I like my stay as all was closeby

No ironing table in the room

Hardly found 1 US compliant socket, air seems like it’s circulating since start of new year. Hardly any space to sit and talk outside the room, it wasn’t a hotel room rather a cruise ship suite. Oh well bathroom were modular installation easy to topple while getting in during night.

Not good at all. It is clostofobic. Very small room and extra small washroom.
