To my inquiry, hotel side a readymade excuse with flexible pricing, however I have confirmed this price INR4,500 included tax with local residents. And I received a bill as attached copy with many riddling itemized tax or charges which I never paid to the other hotel in India. I believe the Hotels.com guarantee the best price for the clientele. We very poor! Very small, devices not working. Not worth the 3 star rating.

This is the most pathetic hotel at which I have ever stayed. The hotel lobby was dirty and not worth calling itself a 3 star property. The rooms smelled bad and were untidy. The bathroom area is a joke, it was too small even for a toddler. Room service is a joke, there was no remote in our room for the TV, and I had to go to the lobby to get room service because the phone in my room was not working. Finally, someone from room service came but went without fixing anything. Coming to the hotel staff, they were probably the worst hotel staff with whom I have ever interacted. Check-in process took like 20-30 minutes, mainly because the have a very casual attitude when it comes to hotel guests. They kept my ID after check-in and never gave it back. Now coming to the ID fiasco, they never returned my ID after check-in and I missed to collect it. I remembered that they kept my ID for themselves idk why! Moving on, I called them 2 hours after checking out and they said they will courier my ID to my address. This went on for 7-8 days, they never courierd it to me. They stopped picking up my calls/responding to my texts. Ibis hotels support was a joke, did not help at all. Finally, I somehow managed to reach them 8 days later, and told them I will arrange a pickup just hand-over my drivers license to the pickup person. I had to tell them that I will have to file a police complaint if they lose my ID, after which they checked and said that my ID is still at the hotel. After all this

The stay was good and the hotel was clean overall. The breakfast service was good though the lunch service was slow. It took 1 hour to get 2 dishes.

Flush tank cover broken and bath shower bottle broken. Took bath without soap

TV remote was not working. Called guest service but no one came to check the issue.

It was a pleasant stay. I wish the bathrooms were bigger.

Service was good but the room and halls were reeking of sweat

When we booked, it said that the property is non-smoking. There was unbearable smoke smell and ashtray laying around in the room. When we complained about that, they shifted us to the room with orange spits on the wall and then shifted us to the floor with feaces and vomit smell, so we had to leave in 10-15 mins of checking in. It was so bad that you will not even want to touch the bed. Totally unacceptable.

This is very average hotel.

Stay was comfortable. There was some issue with their telephone. Tried reaching them for an early check in but was not getting connected. After reaching hotel at 10 AM had to wait till 11 30 to get the room.

Staff was courteous but room was not very clean. Hotel is in a good location.

Pathetic hotel. They give smoking room to non smoking people.

Beds are not comfortable at all. Its overpriced for its service

Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig, in der Toilette waren Algen und es ist erstmal braunes Wasser gekommen. Der Boden war total klebrig und es riecht muffig
