Rooms were not 100 percent ready by the time I checked in and the morning breakfast also not so great, it was very good couple of months ago.The staff is really good, very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. I had arranged in advance for a taxi pickup at night from the airport and to my surprise—and complete dismay—no one showed up. This is something I’ve never experienced before in all my years of traveling and booking airport transfers through hotels. At that hour, when options are limited and you rely on the hotel’s promise, this level of negligence is simply unacceptable.

The worst stay I’ve ever had in my entire life was at Ibis sipcot. They have the worst customer service. I ask for a towel and then send it after an hour:We changed our room because the AC wasn’t working well in the first one and the second room was horrible as well. They also had stains on the bathroom countertop. There was no refrigerator in the second room and they placed it for us after 2 hours of placing the request. Room service food was horrible. It tasted very bad and was overpriced for the quality and quantity. Overall, I don’t have one positive experience during my stay at Ibis!

Excellent location and easy to go anywhere. Very cleaned hotel.worth to stay here.

One of the worst hotel , that too good prices are very high .and no option to order food from outside .And more important thing when check out time I forgot my magnetic iPhone power bank ($70). So after 1 hour ,I immediately call to to reception they said no items are found in room .Actually I’m also a hotelier ,but I didn’t expect this kind of things in this hotel.

Everything was great except parking

Everything is good and it will be great if they remove the trash behind the car parking.

Overall very good stay with nice breakfast, unfortunately with very tight parking space.

The room was not clean and the bedsheets and blnakets had a smell. The towels were torn and unclean. Bathroom flush was npt working properly.

It was a pleasant stay

instead of changing sofa cover used bathroom towell to cover up..

Very bad state it was . room was not clean . Tapes were not working properly . Some dirt was coming from the flush .

Clean hotel. However, it would be better if they offer valet parking. Also, checking in was difficult as there was a very loud event happening in the adjacent cafe.

The room had tv with set-top box, but most of the channels weren't even activated. I couldn't watch anything. The taps in the bathroom had water marks on them, meaning that they weren't cleaned properly. The staff were very nice though.

Good you can prefer on birthday night, one disappointment is room decors not available
