Very good for biz trip. room is not big but cozy and clean. price is very good. Considering the price and conditions, it will be the best option while staying in Navi Mumbai.

다른 국가에 있는 이비스와 비슷합니다. 걸어서 5분 거리에 로컬 시장이 있지만 그렇게 좋은 곳은 아니아 딱히 갈일은 없을 것 같아요. 층마다 구두 닦이 기계랑 다림질 할수 있는 공간이 있어요. 방은 조그만한 편이고 때때로 먼지 다듬이를 볼수 있지만 전반적으로는 시설 관리가 잘 되어 있어요. 호텔에 들어갈때마다 보안 검색을 해야 합니다. 어뮤니티는 잘 안 주는 편입니다

출장 때문에 묵었는데 인터넷도 빠르고 피트니스에 큰 기대하지 않으면 달리기 아령으로 운동하구 괜찮습니다

The best thing is fast internet indeed. People are nice, they smile every time I enter the hotel. I complained about internet not connecting but they changed my room within an hour. I was satisfied

First room AC wasn’t working , the others bed mattress was sunken- had a uncomfortable night

Need to improve on customer experience, specially the dining part. Some table don’t have glass we have to ask for it, tables are not clean as one leaves, breakfast spread on Saturday was very poor , size of Vada were very small and ambience needs improvement

Worst service and worst staff

Earlier also i stayed several time in this hotel, but this time its pathetic. I asked them to confirm if i can extend my stay the fron desk told me book online, he is busy in check in or he will call back in sometime, but no one call back, i asked for plate and spoon, the person told you have to come and collect from restaurent,also i ordered potato wedges, it took apptox 1 hour to come. I am thinking, i am staying in hotel or Dharamshala, useless fellows with useless service

Overall it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience staying at this hotel. I will recommend others to stay.

I loved this hotel. Very clean and courteous hotel staff. Will go back and stay again.

The bathroom and toilet was dirty. The washbasin had stains. The towels provided had black stains. The room curtains did not cover the windows fully. The price paid for a room in this condition was way too high.

This hotel offers comfort, the basic amenities but also additional thoughtful things, such as an ironing station and includes a restaurant and bar. Room service was prompt. Menu has enough veg and non veg items. However, they lacked fresh pineapple juice which I as listed, only had canned. Same issue for breakfast, only fresh watermelon juice. There needs to be more than 1 fresh fruit juice offered. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with an omelette/dosa/pancake station. Again, only melon /watermelon offered. No other fresh fruit available. A hotel of this caliber should have more than cheap watermelon to offer its guests. Aside from this, very pleasant and prompt staff. Comfortable bed. Worth the price and stay. Aside from this,
