이름만 이비스,호텔 주변 환경은 괜찮은 편이나 호텔 내부 시설, 조식등은 최악이라 생각 합니다.토요일 밤 11시까지 뮤직파티를 하는데 호텔 유리창이 흔들릴 정도의 진동과 소음이 발생.예약전에 전혀 고지를 안해줬으며.방도 1층이라 바로 앞에서 파티를 함.이비스 호텔이라 전혀 믿어 지지 않음.재방문 의사 전혀 없음.호텔 조식은 여러 국가를 다녔지만 제일 충격적인 수준.먹을수 있는 음식은 빵과 커피가 전부 대부분 외국인들은 빵과 커피만 먹음.

티루파티를 가기 위해 델리 공항 근처 호텔을 찾아봤는데 가볍게 있기에 매우 훌륭한 호텔입니다.약간 오래된 시설처럼 보였지만 가격적으로 훌륭하여 감내할 수 있는 수준입니다.

호치민에서 출발해서 저녁 늦게 도착후 새벽에 바로 첸나이로 이동을 해야 해서, 에어로시티에 있는 이비스 숙소를 예약했습니다. 가격대비 공항에서 가까운 점 외에는 투숙할 이유가 없는 호텔입니다. 숙소도 작고, TV에 유료 체널도 있어서 아무것도 할 수 없습니다. 로비만 활기차고 내부는 너무 낡았고, 좁아서 생활이 불편합니다. 치솔과 치약만 제공하며, 나머지는 가방 열기도 좁을 정도로 불편합니다. 그래도 좋은 점을 꼽으라면, 침구류는 괜찮았어요. 투숙하신다면 말리고 싶습니다.

Everything was perfect, great hospitality. One complain.. if youre going to charge Rs900 for airport cab, pleasee keep change ready... " sorry sir we dont have change" doesnt sound very good. I was going to leave the 100 with you anyways, but it wouldve felt better had you guys offered the change.

Shower and bed are great. Room smelled of lacquer, one plug by bed was tied to an overhead light so it would only charge with light on. it was super crowded, food at buffets was picked over and not refreshed and staff were unfriendly/unhelpful overall. Aerocity is great, very walkable. If some of the other hotels are similarly priced you might opt for them instead.

I was assigned the room on the floor where flight crew is generally resting. So i coudlnt order anything from room menu and no staff was answering my call. For everything i had to come down and ask the receptionist to help me. I was told wrong information about the breakfast too thaylt its not available when it was there

They didn't care about the guest's comfort. The cleaners in the corridor and next rooms were very loud at banging doors and throwing things around early morning and then it got worse when a driller started hammering right above at 9am

Requested luggage delivery after check-in, but it remained at the front desk even after 2 hours. Front desk calls were not answered, and there was no accountability. Disappointing service.
