I requested the front desk to arrange a taxi, and the staff charged me INR 2,000. However, on the way back from the same destination, I paid INR 160. I can't help but wonder if the staff had a captive contract with the taxi service affiliated with the hotel. Overall, it was a strange experience.

Room was nice and food at the restaurant was good. Overall service was okay without leaving a lasting impression. But some aspects definitely need improvement. Like long waiting times at the reception with no attempt to augment staff for quicker turnarounds. Average hygiene in the gym with towels not available most of the time and only being replenished on request

They forgot to clean our room . But at 8pm When we told them someone came right away and did it in 10 mins

Restaurant people were very harsh

The hotel was fairly basic and the staff although courteous were quite intrusive - especially in the dining areas when they think you’re going to skip out on the bill and keep asking for your room number multiple times - I found that quite surreal really. The food options are limited and we had to order from restaurants - but there’s a charge to even ask for a plate and spoon into the room. Breakfast wasn’t great and coffee machine was forever broken. The room is clean but the bathroom is really small with no exhaust fan ! Good room service and otherwise ok stay.

Place is very clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent with a huge spread. Staff is nice. Rooms are a little small but enough for a single person or a couple

Great hotel, central to lots of places in Thane.Food is great, I enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel is located at a convenient location in Thane in close proximity to Viviana mall. It is super clean and the staff is extremely helpful. The food is excellent also. The only reason for not giving them a 10/10 is that they need to take care of their shower situation. The water keeps switching between hot and cold. This was not just a one time situation as we rented several rooms at different times. We reused the issue to the hotel staff who denied knowing the issue. Will definitely be back again.

Overall, the hotel is good for business travelers who leave in the morning after breakfast and come to the hotel to sleep. Property is new and clean. Our room was very small for double occupancy. Restaurant, Bar, Breakfast area was good and staff was courteous and friendly. Especially, Shubham, Chef Yash and Deepak, and Rupali from the restaurant staff were excellent. Housekeeping was not good. Required several calls to get towels and laundry delivered.

Over all good Can be better if the Towels and Napkins provided were spotless (clean white)

The staff is polite but not well-trained. Basic amenities are lacking, and essential details like WiFi information were not provided, which was quite inconvenient. There is room for improvement in service quality.

It was easy to book and checkin. The staff was nice to deal with and accommodating. Very small bathroom, The soap dispenser did not work, The shower area was extremely tiny, no exhaust fan int he washroom, The TV has limited number of free channels, No proper desk or seating, Overall its a good clen hotel just to sleep in, and good buffet breakfast. Not value for money

The room is a standard size for me and it is just for a night stay. However, the bathroom was with extremely strong smoking smell and when i check with the receipt, i was told the room is a non-smoking room and they will do a check and get back to me. However, when i get back to the room again, they simply spray a lot of air spray and even the floor and make it super slippery. Anyway, i gave up and did not make any feedback thereafter, as i'm going to stay only one night. Overall experience was terrible.

Great business hotel with international standards at fair prices. Clean, good service. Will make it my standard hotel for Thane business.

Pleasanr staff, comfortable cozy rooms, good housekeeping, 10 hr regular laundry service with expedited option. 5 mins drive from Korum mall.
