Avoid this place like the plague. Not only did they not have my booking, which I had made through expedia two months prior to my travel date, the room they finally gave me was tiny in which you could barely move around. I had paid for a suite which is close to 600sqft in size. Everything was filthy. In another room that a friend had booked, there were questionable stains on the chair which looked disgusting. To top everything, while I was trying to sort the whole issue of them not being able to find my reservation, their General Manager , Jitendra Singh, who I requested to speak to and was available at the property at that time, did not care less and did not bother to come and talk to me. No apologies, minimum effort put into rectify the situation and all I got from them was "Oh . its not our fault, Expedia didn't send us the reservation." I call BS on that. I had to cut my stay short and left a day early. Had to spend another $340.00 to book at Laxmi Niwas Hotel which I should have booked to start with but made the grave mistake of trying this new place.

Excellent staff, they try their level best to make the guests comfortable but the problem is with the upkeep of the rooms. Everything is excessively dirty. Bathrooms are filthy to the word horrible. Tents do not have an air conditioner and come with a fan. Two cottages with AC is what we took and trust me I could spend just one day cleaning it. No wifi and very poor mobile connectivity. If you wanna do camping, stay at TAO.

The room was so musty and smelt like mothballs. If you're asthmatic, don't stay here.

Hôtel tranquille,accueil chaleureux avec fleurs et verre de Coca. Établissement situé dans un parc.les chambres sont dans un petit pavillon a l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Cadre agréable Restauration typiquement Indienne prix des repas dans la moyenne supérieure.

It was good but expected slightly better service.

Room is fairly clean & service good. We were given a big room and it was located near the front entry and restaurant and it's quite noisy. This place must have been a magnificent art deco in its time but it's a long way short of its glory days. Location is good - quiet and huge grounds.

The hotel is a little bit far from the center. Two other customers complained the food and were so upset, that they didn't pay.

Polite and efficient staff. Good sized clean accommodation. Hotel set in large garden Was slightly let down by the quality of the bathroom fittings which could benefit from updating. Food was good. Would stay again and have no doubts in recommending to others.

We booked a double and a triple room for one night, and everything was ready when we arrived, even though it was only 8.30 in the morning. The rooms were large, and the grounds were very pretty. The staff were very helpful.

It was a pleasant stay and the staff was courteous.

Does not have all the latest and greatest stuff but feels like you're a maraja of 50 years ago. The attention to certain details is simply amazing

GOOD HOTEL - GOOD FOOD AND VERY UNDERSTANDING STAFF, MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFUL.

Our stay in Karni Bhawan Palace was extremely comfortable. Hotel staff was extremely helpfull and curtious. Hotel room was very big and comfortable. Old furnitures are kept and well maintained. It gives us the feeling of staying in Palace. One point to note is that the food price is slightly on the higher side and there are no other restaurants in the vicinity. But apart from that our stay was extremely comfortable. One of the reason our trip to Bikaner was successful is because our wonderful stay in Karni Bhawan Palace. I would highly recommend the hotel.

An excillent hotel but do not eat here , tooooo expensive
