The overall room was nice. The staff struggled with effective communication, particularly in English, and were often not able to resolve issues and answer basic questions regarding transport or touristic activities and always resorted to providing leaflets. The gym was nice but lacked functioning equipment especially the cycling machine. The breakfast was okay but could provide a much larger variety of choice. A dead cockroach was found in one of the pans which was undesirable. The room TV did not function properly and remote was broken. But the room was very comfortable and so was the AC. Overall decent but nothing great.

It was a one night stay before a flight. The check in was quick (but 2 forms to fill in!); the room spacious and comfortable with efficient cooling. The lift played Brahms’ lullaby. There is a small swimming pool which I enjoyed a couple of times, which seemed seldom used, but a real pleasure. It’s located off some main road and easy to get places. I had my best night’s sleep in 8 days in India and that was most welcome. Breakfast was straightforward and simple. It is in many ways like any other business hotel but the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Location was great Wifi did not work, food was really amazing.

When we arrived the had no room for us and we had to be transferred to another hotel at midnight. Housekeeping was haphazard and had to be told what should be done. On check-out they tried to charge Rupies 10,000 above the booked rate. Fortunately I had a photo of the booking confirmation and did not pay it. The staff was very friendly but I will not stay there again should I go to Trivandrum.

A good value business hotel with a pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant was ok with friendly staff, but a fairly limited menu (not everything listed is actually available) Breakfast was basic but did the job.
