레몬트리 호텔, 아우랑가바드

비즈니스 호텔이어서 방사이즈가 작고, 침대가 고정이 되어 공간활용이 어려웠음. 8년전에 이 호텔에 투숙한 적이 있는데, 아쉽지만 그 때와 바뀐 것이 별로 없음. 조식 식당 규모가 작고, 음식의 종류가 많지 않으나 식당 직원은 친절함. 리셉션 직원들은 친절하지 않고 무뚝뚝한 편임. 호텔의 fitness는 규모는 작으나 깨끗하게 관리되어 운동하기 좋았음. 수영장도 매일 청소하고 관리가 잘되고 있음. 위치는 주변에 쇼핑몰이 있어서 좋은데, 걸어가기에는 조금 먼 단점이 있음.

편안하고 친철함. 식사도 맛있고 수영장으로 접근이 편함. 마사지 서비스가 좋음.

벌써 4번째 이용이네요. 업무상 자주 이용하는데 참 마음에 듭니다. 그런데 인터넷 서비스가 좀 아쉽네요. 제가 출장으로 가기 때문에 인터넷 접속을 자주 많이 하게됩니다. 무료 서비스가 1시간만 가능한 것은 아쉽습니다. 그것도 wifi 로만 말입니다. 요즘은 거의 모든 호텔이 무료 인터넷 서비스를 제공하는데 말입니다. 그것 빼고는 시설, 서비스 전채적으로 만족스럽습니다.

All your staff were progressive, smiling all day long & tried to do something that i needed at that time. I really appreciate your hospitality. Especially thanks to the guy perfectly arranged my room everyday. Mr. Svresh. I'm not sure. Anyway, My trip was perfect!

Lemon Tree is a great name, however when I entered the property, I was welcomed by dust all over and darkness. Hardly any staff to help. Overall state of the Hotel, was terrible and totally disappointed me. I raised my concern with the manager and he did his best to address the concerns. And property was cleaned and dust removed and we were given a good service I still feel that the hotel need lots of love and care as well as some investment to make it a better hotel. It has lot of potential and proper management can make the hotel shine.

On Expedia, the property looked lovely, which it was. The pool looked rather enticing, which was the main reason for booking there; however when we came to check in, we were told that the pool was out of use until 10April so we had he had to cancel our booking unfortunately. We were quite disappointed.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and has a really good restaurant.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, with particularly helpful staff. Krushna went out of his way to move us to a better, upstairs, room when the room we were first given turned out to have some smoke odors and also too little privacy from the garden outside. Btw, the executive rooms upstairs have the same pool and garden views as the rooms downstairs, with the added attraction of a balcony. Huge, clean, largely unused, pool. The food is not very special, but is clean, varied and plentiful. Again, very nice restaurant staff. The hotel arranged very good cars and drivers for us to visit Ajantha and Ellora.

Lemon tree in Delhi was nice experience, so I booked. First and last time. Property is old, AC didn’t work properly. In their spa some cheap cosmetics were used so I got reaction on my skin. Breakfasts was bad, thanks god for papaya season, I got something to eat. Not a good experience for me.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The rooms and facilities were really nice as well as clean. All of the staff were really friendly, lovely and helpful. They were quick to respond to any issue we had. One of which was the fact that the bedrooms didn't have a mirror near to a plug socket. Maybe not used to western women staying. However they quickly found us a mirror for each bedroom. When we seemed to have a problem with the air con late at night, again someone was quick to come and help us. The cleaners used to leave us sculptures made from towels. The porter on realising that one of our rooms had a double bed and the other one had a connecting door, was ahead of us in asking reception to switch the room so that we were in adjoining rooms with twin beds. The restaurant food was very tasty. However the idea of using a QR code to scan a lengthy menu is painful. The list is so long and there is no quick way to jump up or down the list without a lot of scrolling. That really needs re-thinking. Either create a paper menu or improve the website.

This hotel is not for senior people No shower in bathrooms Dip tub it is very hard to go on to tub Beds are very low so it is very difficult to get up

We wanted a hotel to which we could happily retreat each evening after spending the days exploring the area's amazing history and sights. We couldn't have chosen better than Lemon Tree Resort. Although it's beside the main road and only 10 minutes' drive from the airport, they've created a quiet oasis centred around a beautiful pool. The rooms are large, modern and immaculate with, importantly, a quality bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and fluffy towels. The communal areas have homely touches to make the space feel relaxing. The buffet breakfast was standard Indian fare in a nice room overlooking the pool. The only (very small) criticism I'd lay is that all meals are taken indoors, while the adjacent beautiful pool area, ideal for al fresco dining, lays under-used.

Friendly staffs, good location in the middle of the city. Room was Okay. But as a japanese traveler , disposable slippers would made me comfortable. We didn’t want to walk on the dusty floor on our own feet. Anyway overall impression was good, worth to be 4 stars

Well appointed clean room , with a nice choice of teas a few pouches of coffee would make it even better , 👌👌 hot water shower , it was quite peaceful , very convenient distance to airport , nice restuarant , pleasant ambiance , good front desk staff and very courteous security staff at gate and entrance .
