청소 상태사 안 좋았어요. 시트에 피가 묻어 있었고요. 식당의 위생상태도 엉망 이에요. 커피잔도 내우

한국의 모텔보다 큰 호텔입니다 잘 쉬다 갑니다 외출을 안해서 근처에 뭐가 있는지 모르겠어요 Thank you Gracy!!

Service was good but I didn’t stay for long because the room, especially the bathroom was really dirty and wasn’t cleaned

Why did the Lemon Tree driver take the slow road from the airport to the hotel - that took an extra 45 minutes... So when I checked out, I left at 1am as I thought it took over 2 hours to get to the airport, but the return driver took the motorway - I arrived at 145am for a 535am flight What a total waste of time and shockingly bad organisation The bedsheets are not clean The towels are very very used The lift was broken two days in a row However, the food is outstanding, breakfast is perfect, the evening buffet is fresh and delicious

It was a short stay and I had a nice time being in the hotel. The food at the restaurant was amazing.. I would prefer to stay in this property in my future travel to Bangalore

The hotel is quite new. It's a nice hotel considering the neighbouring hotels. The room size are not so big, but good enough to have a pleasant stay.

二人で滞在なのに、なぜか毎回一人分のセットしかなく、一人部屋なのか？と不安になりました。朝食レストランの対応はよかったが、支払い時、日本のカードだと、支払い完了のSMS が入らないため、(インドの携帯なら入るようです) 手間取り、もう一度 カードを切られそうになり、英語で説明をしなくてはなりませんでした。 息子の滞在先が近いので、レモンツリーにしましたが、別のホテルにすればよかったと思いました。

I am a heard to please veteran traveller. Hotel is good. Food is also good. Breakfast selection is good for Indians and westerners.Location only for those who need to be in Whitefield.The room is comfortable. Roof top pool is small but clean and the only pool I saw without a clock. However, the staff at reception is ill trained. Check in was delayed and unpleasant. At check out time I was asked to wait or " eat breakfast" while they would check the room fridge. Eventually I was exempted from this humiliating wait. The GM was responsive. I was upgraded after the poor check in. I would still stay there again.

The front desk service is not good. I was staying for 2 weeks but I was requested to pay the hotel in segments rather than paying once during check out causing me more paper work to submit once im back in office. The laundry lost 2 pair of my socks but lastly replaced with a new pair. The issue is with housekeeping staff trying to sneak half pair of my lost socks to my laundry the next day and didnt bother to inform on the lost even after I reported the issue the day before. That shows not a genuine service from the hotel staff.

Room and service was fine, but the bathrooms are separated from the living area by a partially frosted glass wall. Not a huge fan. Also the sliding door to the bathroom leaves gaps; better soundproofing might be something to consider.
