객실에서 냄새가 조금 납니다만 가격대비 양호합니다. 다만 주변에 아무것도 없습니다.

공항에 가깝다는 장점 외는 권하고 싶지 않는 호텔. 즉 환승을 위한 호텔로는 적합하나 본인 처럼 출장용으로는 불합격임. 도로에 근접해서 밤에는 소음이 심해서 잠자기가 불편. 샤워 물은 잘 나오지 않고 등등. 이 정도 가격이면 공항에 조금만 떨어지만 훨씬 좋은 곳이 많이 있음. 여러분 도착 시간을 잘 계산하십시오. 호텔 도착이 다음말이면 다음날 부터 숙박비를 계산하니까 예약시 잘 계산 하실 것. 이번에 밤 11시에 도착해서 당일 부터 예약 했는데 공항에서 나와서 호텔에 도착하니 새벽 1시경이라서 하루 숙박비 날렸음. 이런 호텔은 그날 부터 시간 계산을 함. 그리고 chekcout도 출발시간 감안해서 밤 10시경에 나오면 됨. 특급 호텔 처럼 오전에 checkout 할 필요 없음. 참고하시길.

They offered a free ride to the airport from the hotel on the description but said the description was not updated, so they charged us. Bed sheets have stained.

To start off I booked this hotel primarily because hotels.com stated that it had 24 hour check in as I was landing around midnight. when we tried to check in the person at the desk behaved as if he was doing us a big favour. After some deliberations he reluctantly agreed to allow us to stay from 2 a.m. to 2 a.m. with 1 days rent. One of the main things I expect is cleanliness in the restroom and it was completely lacking, which extremely frustrated me. The towels they provided were old and torn and disgusting. Again after deliberations they provided fresh ones. Overall I wouldn't consider staying in this hotel again.

We liked the place. Rest room was good, but would like to have availability of tissues and toilet paper also.

The hotel location is very close to the airport. The rooms are clean, but little noisy. Food is not pricy.

This was a one night stay to change flights in Chennai. The hotel is close to the airport and provides free friendly pick up and drop. Friendly and helpful also in providing amenities.

The hotel had no details of our booking when we arrived even though I had received a confirmation through Expedia when I made the booking months in advance. I arrived early evening after a 5 hr drive with four children and a husband who was very unwell only to be told the hotel was full. Not really the hotels fault I suppose and they did transfer us to another hotel-1star! I was told to contact Expedia for a refund-not the most helpful response when the internet connection at the Mahalaya didn't work and there is no way to contact Expedia who since haven't responded to my emails. All in all pretty annoyed that I was messed around and will be amazed if I ever receive a refund. If Expedia can't even make sure your booking is confirmed when this is the essence of their business then their company is s shambles-thoroughly unprofessional..

My family stayed in this hotel last week and they all liked the comfort of being closer to airport and food was reasonably good. Definitely choose this place in the next visit to india.

Staff were helpful, it is close to the airport. The bathroom fixtures were old, holes in the doors, and could use some renovation and upkeep. It was okay since we just stayed there for a couple of hours before having to take a flight.

The Airport Pickup and Drop was right on time. The Buffet lunch is also good. The Reception team was quite helpful to arrange the requirements. The Dinner was also too good but missing regular South Indian Items.

Very virtuous service

The hotel staff were particularly helpful and friendly for my very late night and very early morning arrival.
