깔끔한 편입니다. 주변에 호텔이 적어서 그런지 가성비는 떨어집니다. 첸나이 시내에 더 좋은 호텔도 반값밖에 안하는데, 너무 비싸졌네요. 3년여 전 부터 출장으로 인해 꾸준히 숙박하는데 그 때에 비해 가격이 2배 비싸진 듯 합니다.

Good experience but over expensive hotel

Great service, staff are always helpful and pays great attention to guests' needs. Cozy rooms, great dining options, amazing bar. Although the in-room dining menu ought to be updated and pictures are missing.

It was a good stay there in Mercure. Room should be better in terms of cleanliness. Other than that everything fine.

we would like to have an official complaint with your service due to my team did not satisfy with our service. Let me summarize as below following 1. Anonymous underwear in wardrobe in Santiparb's room , even he told your staff but next day it's still in the room 2. WIFI could not use for 2 days 3.no slipper in room 4.the maid took toothpaste from the bathroom and no refill Since we had been stayed with you for 2nd time already this time really not reach the level of satified , please improve your cleaniness , facilty and customer service.

Good and apt stay. Good service

I liked their in-room dining service the best .Whatever I asked, The chef ensured that I got everything at one go --from salad to salt-pepper to pickle or required sauces. I did not have to call back gain for anything. The food was as per my specification. The property is new and has been very tastefully done up .

YOU HOTELS NEEDS TO IMPROVE ON THE FOOD QUALITY AND THE WATER IN BATHROOM WHICH SMELLS. UNDERSTAND YOU HAVE EX PACK PEOPLE VISITING. BUT THE RATE OF THE BUFFET DINNER IS TOO HIGH COMPARE TO THE QUALITY.
