The rudest management I have ever come across. This property has so many hidden costs .. they would charge you for young kids staying, additionally for meals. I informed them it was not highlighted on the site and they need to update this information but the management insisted that it was implied. Moreover the manager was rude enough to make a comment on how can they entertain people staying for free. I don’t think anyone who is paying premium prices is looking to stay for free, but his comments were extremely belittling and plain rude. Highly disappointed!!

Very Comfortable. Beautiful location. Ultra luxurious. The food was exceptional. The chef, Mr. Gautam Kumar was just too good and the presentation along with variety was very good.

Moksha leaves a bit to be desired. Our room was 9004 and perhaps the expectations were too high. The check in process is non informative, the purchase of Wi-Fi services is absurd in my opinion. The mediocre room decor leaves a lot to be fulfilled. It served its purpose for a night stay in between Oberoi Sukhvilas and Wildflower Hall stays given the proximity between both Oberoi properties to Moksha. The best feature about the hotel is the hilltop location accessible via cable car only. I will say the service at breakfast was far better than the check in process. The staff were much more attentive at breakfast than when checking in. All in all hotel one night stay was fine for transition between Chandigarh and Shimla. However overly priced for the facilities provided. Am sorry if this sounds harsh but it is my honest opinion. Thank you.

It was amazing family holiday in Moksha. Only problem was absence of sign boards while going out in the evening.

Highly over-priced. For the cost of the room, one would expect total luxury and class. However, the rooms, though large, were quite ordinary and lacked class. Patchy network and no free wifi. The pool was dirty and not cleaned often. Since there is nothing outside the hotel (civilization is a cable car ride away), the food was also very expensive. On the positive, the hotel has a great location and view and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful location and wonderful resort. Amazing property Must visit. The owner of the resort is also a very friendly and helpful person.

From the view to the stay to the air that you breathe or the pin drop silence all over , everything was perfect down to the T. If you are here for a gateway from the routine hustle bustle, you are definitely in to satisfy your desire.

Good property and an amazing spa experience. Just a few points needed to be looked into: 1) If you stand in the balcony of second or third floor, you get a complete view of the bathroom on the floor below you. Its very strange that during the construction of rooms this factor was ignored. 2) The hotel rooms and property overall needs a bit maintenance and repairing. 3) We ordered for room service and while delivering the food, I was told the food is compliments from the chef and no bill was signed by me. But during the checkout, I was billed for the dinner I ordered and when I told them about what happened to 'WITH COMPLIMENTS' i was shown a blank face. 4) I ordered for room service. When i got back to my room, the room was cleaned and perfectly done. But the bathroom floor was still wet and littered. 5) There are no dark curtails provided in the room. The morning sun comes directly out of your room window at 6AM and hampers your sleep.

Service is not up to the mark . Food is ordinary. Location is excellent. Needs to come up to the standards expected from a property that charges this much .
