호텔의 아름다운 전망은 맑은 공기와 함께 인도 최고의 관광휴양지라고 해도 손색이 없을 것같다. 반드시 다시 가보고 싶은 여행지이며 호텔이다.

not happy from our end

Property is ok but location is far from Munar and road is under construction excess is limited

The Hotel was really nice. They bent over backwards to help us out. We were disappointed because the road from Munnar was closed most of the day/night, so, we couldn't go to Munnar unless we left very early in the Morning and had to be back by 5:30pm else we would not be able to come back in a reasonable time. Because of the road closure, we asked for a refund for the second night and they obliged. They were very gracious and helpful in fulfilling our requests.

The resort is very tranquil and place is very serene and beautiful

Staff is very helpful, polite and cheerful. Ambience is great. Cottages are cute and cozy.

Hotel is at a very scenic location.The view from the dinning and pool area is out of the world.Good spread for meals with tasty food. Rooms are unique like mini bungalows. They should have other eminities in working conditions like the pool table,badminton etc. as in Munnar there is nothing to do after 6:30. Overall Very good place to stay.

The cottage rooms were clean, staff courteous, food quality and service good. The location is off the beaten track - meant for a quiet holiday. The site seeing and transport arrangements offered by hotel are expensive as compared to market and better value can be offered. Overall, a good experience.

This was definitely the worst place we stayed at on our Kerala trip. The rooms aren't maintained well at all (our bathroom looked like a construction site with exposed wires and drill holes in the walls). The leisure/game room was also unkempt and unappealing with a grumpy bored looking woman attending to it. We had breakfast and dinner included in our rate and wish that it wasn't so we wouldn't have wasted a couple of meals there. The food was by far the worst we had in Kerala. The pool looks beautiful and was one of the main draws for us along with the in-room fireplace. Both were misleading, as the pool is unheated and unusable in a hill station. The fireplace apparently came with a INR 1,000 per 1.5 hour fire, something that should must be disclosed to customers before booking. A couple of minor positives: the shuttle from the main building always arrived promptly and they sent a technician top fix the Wi-Fi that wasn't working when we checked in (apparently a nearby router wasn't plugged in). Overall, the dishonest listings, shabby and uncomfortable rooms and terrible food made me tell everyone I know to stay elsewhere in Munnar.

Very nice cottage/rooms enjoyed our honeymoon stay/trip. They provide the honeymoon packages for us its really awesome and unexpected. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very beautiful hotel love/enjoyed the rooms great service. Actually it is little far (Chinnakanal) from Munnar town (18km) but its located in very nice place. Highly recommend it very enjoyable nice view

I have enjoyed my honey moon for 3 days. all facilities available / served as committed.

i had been to this hotel before with friends and this time it was with my family. i must say they have improved on their food quality. Also the hotel has an pool with a view to die for... we had taken a cottage with two rooms and it was very comfortable. They do have a nice gym and separate area for games. The weather was awesome ..cold and windy..

wifi will not work even though they claim it will work, they will give you all kind of reasons when you find wifi is not there.

we really enjoyed the stay although the room did not have much of a view due to height and foliage but otherwise it was a wonderful retreat. We continually asked about hiking trails and paths and were told repeatedly that there were none but we saw some trekkers as we left the area and found a couple trails ourselves, it would be nice to have some trail guidance
