Hotel looks too old , not maintaining , Bed is uneven , rooms require a complete refurb

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. The Expedia portal showed this as a 3-star property but this one is not good enough even to be a 1-star lodge. The toilet and the wash basin was stained, there were hairs all over the drains, the water shower was broken - splashing water sideways, the soap holder was all rusted, no toiletries like body wash, paste or shampoo was empty, one of the lift was broken, the bedroom fabrics were stained, the mattress cover was torn, pillows were dusty and allergic, room was not clean and had some black colored trash in the corners, I can keep going. I have taken tons of photos and videos on how the room was and could be shared. The photo of the property you have in the website seems to be fake, no clue when or how the property looked that way. I tried contacting Expedia with the issue after my first day’s stay but the support personnel just gave me a $20 credit without any other alternative which was not enough to cover half price if I had to vacate and book another room. Overall it was terrible experience at the hotel, and reputed portals like Expedia should never be hosting such a fake-scam hotel. I booked through Expedia for the trust I had and the support I would’ve expected from Expedia’s side and it is unfortunate to say you have failed me on both.

Room was not clean. Basic toiletries were missing.

Excellent property with affordable price

Not happy with the property. They don't have a kitchen/restaurant in the hotel. We had to order every meal from swiggy or eat outside. They didn't even have a provision for tea/coffee (not everyone likes tea/coffee made in kettle). We booked a deluxe room, but room size was not upto the mark. They don't even provide hand towels.

Parking issue, guy at the reception is rude, room latch not working, room guys cleans the room daily even i dont put a tag.

It was a very pleasent stay in Octave, and the staff were also very helpful too.

It's a budget hotel with all the facilities they mention on site... But you will be disappointed if you care about hygiene.

Great staff!! Their manager Raj is awesome. Place is in a great location too.

The sheets had lot of spots. Pillow covers looked very old. Towels were also very old.

Horrible is an understatement for this hotel. The rooms are in very poor condition. Service is pathetic. Internet is very slow. Overall I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Just need to clean the room a bit more

Lot of sound from 5th floor with thomping of dance steps from parties going on there. No toiletries provided in the hotel. Pathetic room service , takes one hour to deliver anything plus dirty pathetic breakfast delivered to room. Tv remote non functional, not replaced despite asking for 3 consecutive days. Persistent smell of smoke in room.

Ver Disappointing place, no proper cleanliness . The linen wasn't clean and so was the bathroom. The hotel staff was very rude and refused to give breakfast even after Expedia called. I would nt recommend this place to anyone. There are better Hotels nearby . It used to be a nice hotel earlier but now has got corrupted.

Hotel and staff are good but I think in terms of housekeeping it can be much better. Cleanliness is a cause of concern which I personally feel is important. Or else the room size is good. Housekeeping the bathroom which I think for most people is important was dirty and requires attention and concern.
