The location is great as many interesting things are close by. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Staff were very accommodating to my needs. Arranged my trip to Red Fort, and helped me find various places nearby. Also, the chef made a special effort to make me homemade soup as I was feeling the effects of a heavy head cold. Room was comfortable with excellent private bathroom, only minor problem was that their electric kettle needed replacing more than once, but otherwise everything was fine.

We stayed at Orania as recommended by a friend and it was indeed a wonderful stay. The owner (Zafar) and the driver he assigned to us were very accommodating. They helped us with our transportation and tour, including our day trip to Agra. Place was comfortable and very affordable as well.

Very basic not many things wok; too many staff to help; food disappointing; rooms tiny. Wifi doesn’t work. Ola couldn’t be contacted easily.

The only uniqueness of this property is neither real hotel nor staying here no one care u or your needs, Breakfast area is a passage where only 8-12 people has take their breakfast if u sit for breakfast then must stand and go to the kitchen(actually a exit area of building)for ask ur breakfast . This property is only a time pass staying arrangement by the owner ..

ホテルはHauz Khas Village や green park market, Hauz Khas market が徒歩圏内ですごく便利な場所にあります。 ただフロントスタッフに目的地への一番快適な行き方を聞いても答えられなかったり、レイトチェックアウトについて聞いても当日のチェックアウト時間まで何度も問い合わせても明確な回答がもらえない、現金での支払いが一部発生することを伝えないといったことが多々ありました。 場所は良いですがhospitality が最悪なので二度と使わないです。

No one bothered to come and clean the room for 4 days of our stay. No replacement of toilet accessories and service is also not up to mark. Prices are high as compared to local standards.
