Check-in is very slow and non-responsive. I wanted a change in duration of my stay and they were not at all helpful. the earliest response I got from the hotel staff was when I already checked out. Location - very close to the railway station, next to DB mall

The food was very good. The Room up-keep was also good. The staff at the restaurant was cordial and helpful.

Floor in room was very dirty. Man came to mop and did a very poor job.

Air condition was not working, so I complain to the front desk. After a long time they send somebody who could not fix it and said that he’ll send somebody never showed up till morning check out time and it was very inconvenient. We could not sleep since there is no fan and no ventilated window.

Hot water was not coming in the evening and when we called reception they were not picking up the call. And also calling them for more than 3 times over 1.5 hours still the issues was not resolved or a reason was provided which hampered our schedule n plans. The reception was very unresponsive in picking up the calls. Also, the room service food was pathetic with no taste and also the chicken seemed stale.

It is always a good experience in this hotel. Located next to the station and malls around. U hv access to everything. On these fronts, I would rate this as the best in gwalior.

Good for a short stay

Nice, modern hotel. Courteous staff. Great food. Not so nice points - little improvement required in housekeeping/cleaning department - something like a deep clean, otherwise everything was great. Staff is very courteous and warm. One will not be disappointed staying here. Room sizes are good. Don't know whether better options exists in this category.

Service is OK. Can be better. We requested the front desk to help us with TV twice and no one showed up. We requested new keys made since the existing keys were not working. Three people of different job titles were requested and still did not get done. Breakfast had a good variety but was not up to the mark of a Radisson hotel.

I liked that the staff took swift action against some customers who were being very loud in a neighboring room. The on-site cafe was nicely setup and the food was great too.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. Overall this is a good hotel, it is in close proximity to railway station and well connected to town. It is easy to my auto/taxi, there is a big shopping mall next to it. Inside hotel, property is good, few rooms are small so please check rooms before check-in, room I stayed in was good with some floor tiles broken, it is more about hotel management to fix, staff is really good. The staff is awesome, there is house keeping person named "Anish", he is housekeeping cheetah. He takes care of customers like families, I didn't feel like staying at hotel because of his professionalism and commitment. Restaurant is awesome, it serves best food in town. You can try it without even booking a room. I met restaurant staff, they are so focused on customer personal preferences. Overall good place to stay. 5/5 rating to staff, and 4/5 rating to management.

This is a really nice hotel, very very conveniently located - literally two minutes from the station. The rooms are large and comfortable and very elegantly decorated. We were there for three nights but after the first day Madhya Pradesh locked down the whole city so we couldn't go and do all the tourist stuff we had planned. Instead, we stayed in the hotel and ordered room service food and relaxed in the lovely room. The food was AWESOME - and the breakfast buffet was great too. Staff were very attentive and concerned and couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely return
