The staff support was very lacking, had to call them constantly for a clean up.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff is very good. I extended my stay during the heavy rain season and the staff kept me up to date with the changes in the road conditions. They give a lot of food choices.

The front desk did an awesome job with the check in and check out process. The hotel itself is spacious and the rooms are good size rooms with good quality linens, chairs and desk for reading writing or doing office work. Food Buffett serves 3 times if you buy their package online or at the front desk. The Buffett menu is good and the À la carte menu food is also good. What I didn’t like is that the room doors, curtains are old. It makes the room feel dull. The hotel entrance security is not managed well, they were not screening bags for safety. Some technical issues when I stayed there.

Very unusual hotel, you will find people packing food after having complimentary breakfast, you will find people swimming in casuals, you will find receptions carrying the world problems on them making it hard for them to smile, you will find shower water all over the bathroom as they don’t have glass partition

We had a very uncomfortable experience. The air conditioning in our first room was not working, and the room was filled with mosquitoes. This forced us to wake up our children and move to a different room in the middle of the night at 3 AM. Unfortunately, the second room we were given had a strong, unpleasant odor. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Cleanliness of the hotel was shocking for a hotel considered 4.5*. The bedsheets, headboard and sofa were dirty. Despite asking for clean sheets, there were none available and we were relocated to a different room. Whilst the second room was nicer, the bathrooms in both rooms need to either be cleaned properly and thoroughly, or be refurbished. Food options were limited and room service was not great. Overall, the hotel was a great disappointment.

One of the dirtiest, mean staff, poor hygienic buffet and chery on top - no one will answer any call for help.

I really liked our stay.

Terrible reception service. Very slow to basic requests. Room was smelling of smoke. Bathrooms were not clean. Will not stay at this location again

Dear Expedia Team, I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Park Plaza Chennai OMR. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues, including foggy and dirty windows, stained bedsheets, the absence of hand towels and a hair dryer, a malfunctioning toilet lid, and the unavailability of water in the pool. It is my strong belief that guests should be informed about such shortcomings beforehand, enabling them to make an informed decision about whether to choose this hotel or not. Regrettably, these issues significantly impacted the quality of my two-day vacation with my family. This hotel is ok, but it should stop calling itself a 4 star property. I stayed there for 3 nights because it was close to an event venue in Thoraipakkam. The breakfast buffet is alright, the pool and gym are pretty good (the gym feels pretty old school). The rooms are ok, but the bathrooms have not been updated in a long time and are not very nice (multiple relatives of mine stayed in the same hotel and all felt the same lack of upkeep for the bathrooms). The AC in my room was fairly ineffective, the room service terribly slow. Room cleaning results in towels being taken away and not being replaced for hours (who does that?). The emergency stairs near the elevators are not actually emergency stairs, since they only lead to the next floor and not all the way to the bottom floor (do not take them in an emergency, you might get stuck on the next floor). All in all, not worth the Radisson name.

The hotel is set back from the busy OMR road which gives it realize quietness. The staff was always ready to assist with a smile.
