체크아웃할때에 청구서를 확인해보니 간적도 없는 호텔바에서 아침, 점심, 밥에 술까지 마셨다고 청구했더라구요....내 서명과 대조해볼테니 서명된 청구서 가져오라고 했더니 없다고 하고요...

첫날 들어가자마자 바로 방에서 전기쇼트가 일어나서 수리하고, 또 일어나서 또 수리하고 3번째 되어서 밤 12시에 방을 바꿨습니다. 전반적으로 깨끗은 하지만, 관리는 별로인듯 합니다.

Wonderful experience. After spending 2 weeks in 1 star hotels in Tamil Nadu, Pullman Aerocity was the medicine and nurture I needed. I especially make commendations to the head concierge, who went out of his way to assist me. I used the Spa and Salon for the best facial Ive ever had. The buffet dinner and breakfast was beyond compare. Sumptuous bedding and towels. I languished in the super deep king bath. Only 10 minutes drive from domestic terminal. Typical 5 star cost but worth every dollar as a luxury splurge.

Another enjoyable stay at Pullman Aerocity New Delhi. A big thank you to Suresh, Shiv, and the team for swiftly and efficiently accommodating my hotel car reservations. Nice to see the shopping and restaurants in Aerocity developing after COVID setbacks. Nice that Pullman and Novotel are connected and one can move between them for dining. Hope to see more shopping options in Aerocity soon, but in the meantime Pullman offers great service very close to the airport.

Early check-in was charged seperately and made the 1 night stay 250 USD. They find unethical ways to make more money of guests. Room assigned to us was dirty (carpet not vacuumed, jacuzzi faucet leaking, etc.). Even room cleaning was not performed.. Food quality was average. Nothing 5-star about it. Overall, super disappointed.

I recently stayed at Poolman in Aerocity, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. Upon check-in, I discovered that the hotel had given away my reserved room to someone else, likely because they can sell it against a higher price. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a guest, I expect my reservation to be honored, especially when it was confirmed well in advance. The staff showed no genuine concern or effort to resolve the situation, leaving me feeling disregarded and frustrated. This incident reflects poorly on the hotel’s management and integrity. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value reliable and respectful service. Avoid this place at all costs.
