호텔 시설은 오래되어 낡았으나, 깔끔하고 정리가 잘 되어 있습니다.

staffs are very caring and they check up with every details when you need information from the facilities. I had pretty tiring days for the past couple of weeks and it was the perfect place to have a rest before I leave for next stop. the restaurant serves exellent food and drinks, although it is quite pricy for its quality. one thing you gotta know is that you are not allowed to take food or alcohol from outside of hotel, so it you don't prefer having it in hotel restaurant, you better take taxi or riksha and to go to district 12 to find a dining place.

Early check-in was accepted after 12pm for free and I was asked to pay extra for early check-in before 12pm but I did not pay. A free room upgrade was requested but was provided on the next day with the inside view as the outside view is blocked by the AC compressor, wall, and pigeons and birds droppings and smell which was not cleaned at all. The hotel is rated as 5 stars, but the furniture and interiors looked old and had not been maintained for a long time. Cleanliness was not bad but the wardrobe doors and drawers were difficult to open and close. Restaurant food was good and only a few service staff were good. The most annoying thing was to daily re-activate both keys with the reception. The stay was not pleasant and welcoming. The shopping area and Smaaash Game area gave me some good time to spend in the evening.

So when is it ok for a 5* hotel or ANY hotel to have music blasting till 12.15am . I had food poison for the last 5 days all i wanted to rest before our 4am flight. No Chance. £200 for the pleasure for 2 nights of hell.

Overall not bad

The hotel is a wonderful place to stay. Clean and beautiful.

The Radisson Dwarka provided a comfortable stay during my six nights. As I was there for visiting family the hotel was mainly used for sleep over and I didn’t have a chance to explore the surroundings, but I did dine at their buffet restaurant one evening. I ordered Indian from their a la carte menu and the food was well prepared and reasonable enough. Check-in and check-out were swift, although my 4 am arrival and 3 am departure would have contributed to the speed. Rooms were spotlessly cleaned each day. The two negatives for me was the wooden flooring which I find underwhelming. I feel a 5-star hotel should have plush carpeting would adds an extra touch of luxury and comfort. The other being it only had one restaurant onsite. At the very least a 5-star should have another dining option.

I stay at Radisson hotels all over the world. All are excellent, but this hotel is superb. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I would like to recognize superb customer service from the following employees, Harish the concierge who first and foremost was the best, Mohan, who I think is concierge also, Aziz the driver, Vishal in the Spring restaurant, also Narayan, Ardash, Bhavnik, also Pampush the chef in the Spring restaurant, and Priyanka at the front desk. All of them did an exemplary job.
