서비스도 좋고, 환경도 좋고, 청결함도 신경을 많이 쑤고있다는 생각이 들었습니다 조식도 인도식으론 만족하였습니다, 많은 호텔을 다녀보았지만 금액대비 이정도면 모두가 만족할 것이라 생각듭니다~~^^

Great rooms and good food

The overall rating is given "terrible" on account of false booking information on Expedia and not due to hotel facilities. When I made this booking, it was shown that breakfast is included in the booking but while making check-in at the hotel, hotel staff is asking to provide details in this regard. I am once again re-iterating that Expedia portal showed that breakfast is included in the booking. Even while checking this hotel on Expedia App, every room option is available with breakfast by default and cost of breakfast is shown as "0" (Zero). Several emails were also sent to grievance officer of Expedia but no response received. In view of above, it is requested to refund expenses made by me on breakfast.

The whole floor was stinking of cigarettes. They gave us the floor even though we had baby with us. It happened for both days of my stay. Even the rooms were not sound proof. I could hear the television from the adjacent room late night. Baby had trouble sleeping because of this. I will not suggest or plan my stay in this hotel again.

Its a good place to stay . Clean friendly and money’s worth .

Outside restaurants are nearby. Hotel breakfast buffet is good and healthy meal.

Good service.... Clean room and tasty breakfast

Helpful and friendly staff. Nice room. We thought the food was good both for an evening meal and for breakfast. It was somewhat quiet in the evening - we were almost the only ones in the restaurant, perhaps because it was Sunday. Tried going out for a walk, but the area around the hotel is drab and characterless - there's nothing there except a couple of other hotels and a couple of main roads. Well located for getting to the airport. We used Uber for airport transfer to save money.

24 hour room service is a joke. Most of the options on the menu aren’t available at all.

They were very hospitable and the room was very clean and comfy.

Nice hotel located in 20 minutes drive from airport and located in heart of the city. Well maintained and nice staff. Comfortable rooms and with all required amenities for a business traveller. Good breakfast and nice restaurant. Also, there are nearby restaurants including a Japanese restaurant.

BREAKFAST OFFERED WAS GREAT WITH LOT OF VARIETY. DINNER WAS VERY GOOD.MR NARENDER SINGH RAWAT SERVED VERY WELL. OTHER STAFF WAS ALSO VERY GOOD.WE GOT VALUE OF OUR MONEY.WE ARE INTERESTED TO VISIT AGAIN IN NEAR FUTURE WITH OUR KIDS ALSO.GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Checked in the hotel late after a long day and so was tired. Ordered for (dinner) room service at around 10:30PM. Did not get any food until 11:45Pm when I called to check the status. The person responded that he forgot to write down the order. At that point I cancelled the order and went to bed after having snacks that I had with me. I got a knock at the door at around 12:30am when I saw someone bring the dinner even thought I cancelled. Another night a few guys next door were noisy and seemed like they were drunk. Called the manager to report the excessive noise and the manager responded that the people next door would soon wrap up their conference. I thought it was strange that the manager was not at all concerned about the comfort of the guests like me and was backing up some unruly guests. One night a hotel staff knocked at the door after midnight and woke me up. When I opened the door he says that he has brought the astray I requested. I did not ask for an astray as I do not smoke.

Good clean place .. on the value for money part alone is a gap .. else nice people , anything told is immdly addressed ..

Food in the restaurant is very nice especially buffet starters
