We stayed in the tree house for two nights which is highly recommended. The staff here are incredibly helpful and accommodating - they made us feel very welcome. The location is second to none - it is without a doubt the best view of the waterfall. We took a guide walk from the hotel to the falls, and as they own the land next to the waterfall we were able to go to a view point not open to the public. We were also able to bathe in one of the pools of fresh mountain water which was really special. The treehouse is a fantastic experience. It felt like paradise to wake up and be greeted with a breathtaking view of the waterfalls. We saw many monkeys, birds, and Samba deer. It really did feel at one with nature. Food in the restaurant was very tastey and there was a great selection of foods at breakfast. Their Indian coffee is delightful! A must if in Kerala!

Nous aimerions faire une’ reclamation. Nous avons paye une chambre premium avec bain hors nous n avons pas eu d eau chaude. Le personnel a tenté de réparer le problème mais sans y parvenir. Nous avions pris cette chambre pour la baignoire ( j avais d ailleurs annulé une première réservation de la catégorie inférieur, même vue mais sans baignoire, pour avoir la chance de prendre un bain devant la vue de’la cascade. J aimerais donc être remboursé de la différence. C est à dire de me faire rembourser de 100 euros. Nous n avons d ailleurs pas eu d eau chaude pour la douche. Le minimum est donc d être remboursé au moins de cette somme (différence entre la chambre avec avec baignoire et chambre sans baignoire) Le manageur de l hotel m à conseillé de faire la demande auprès de vous car le’paiement avait été fait via votre site. Je compte sur vous. Cordialement,

The hotel is nice, but for the price you have to pay they should give you something more than the amazing view of waterfalls. Staff polite but the organization was a little bit weak: we were the only guests, the menu for dinner was quite essential, the swimming pool was out of order. I mean, if they price was 50 euros per night it would be a great hotel... but paying more the 200 euros per night is definitively too much.

Gorgeous overview of the falls and the room and bathroom were very spacious but the jacozi would take hours to fill. The staff are slightly hard to communicate to, it took me possibly 10 phone calls to manage to get urgent dry clean service! We also struggled when asking for late checkout, but we finally managed to get it. Can be thought of as overpriced considering the poor service, but you pay for the view. Lovely for a one night stay.

It was a good end to our whirlwind honeymoon trip through South-Central Kerala. The room was as it had been promised. The upgrade offered at no extra cost was a special plus. We just wished that the kitchen had more food choices on offer than the really flimsy menu. We also wished that the water in the bathroom was actually heated as opposed to being just tepid.

I arrived with friends, but we had all booked separately. The hotel placed us randomly in rooms, not in the rooms we had each booked and paid for. After spending a night in a much cheaper and smaller room than I had paid for, we realized the problem. Though the hotel moved me to the correct room, they refused to refund the difference and blamed my friend for being placed in what should have been my room. The hotel is also dangerous, as some of the stairs are missing, making them almost impossible to climb. The keys I received to the first room did not actually open all the necessary doors, but the hotel did not appear to care that I could potentially be locked in my room by someone else.

Het uitzicht vanuit de kamers op de watervallen is spectaculair. De kamers zijn comfortabel met heerlijke bedden. De maaltijden vielen tegen, vooral in vergelijking alle andere plaatsen waar wij in Kerala hebben gegeten. Er is geen Wifi, de service is goed.
