NO wi-fi - 1 hour of wi-fi does not qualify as free wi-fi

Booking done on the internet - features listed on the net were not accurate - ended up getting only one hour of Internet a day - was compensated with a basket of fruit everyday and had to remind staff to get the same

Well managed staff and cooperative, Recommended for business trips.

God stay overall. Food was great. Nice breakfast. Good service Only issue was WIFI. Even though Wifi was included but the hotel gave only 1 hour wifi freee and charged for anything more than that. This was not our understanding at the time of booking.

２名各一部屋で泊まったが、片方は浴槽がなかった。無料Wifiではなく、有料である。 レストランがあるのは便利で、おいしい料理もあり、レストランのスタッフはよい。しかし、3連休だったためか、なか日の朝食で臭いのある食材もあり残念。部屋は日本のビジネスホテルよりは広いが、アジア各国のホテルと比べるとやや狭めに感じた。ランドリーサービスは朝出して、18時にはもどってきており良好。メトロが繋がってこれば、立地条件はよくなりそう。

Pros- Great Location and connectivity to other areas of Bangalore; ; Comfortable stay with decent services;; Good value for money; Cons- Rooms could have been better with quality fittings and ambiance Restaurant needs improvement with the quality of food being served

Good value for money

Service in the Restaurant was poorly managed. I guess the Manager in the suit did nothing there other than watching TV channels!! Delayed room service. Had to ask for toothpaste.. Excellent service by the receptionist. Rest of the staffs were good/ polite . Overall hotel stay was good for the amount payed..

Very close to the Trinity metro station, which is great if you will be using the metro. Also just off MG Road which has some good eating and shopping options. The studio room was decently sized, but the bed was not in great shape, and the bathroom, was clean but smelly. All in all, good value for money, but may have seen better days.

Good value for money considering the location. Positives: Clean room, very friendly staff, quick to respond to customer needs. Starting your day with a complementary buffet breakfast was ideal. Quite good buffet lunch and dinner at a reasonable price. Additionally the complementary wi-fi in the room was a good value for buck. Negatives: Bathroom certainly need some tidiness, cleaners & repair. The shower wasn't working well, hanging wires under the sink, didn't give a feel of a 3-star hotel. The iron board was dirty.

Food Sucks, Net Quality Ver poor, And ROOMS SMELL STRONGLY of Cigrettees.. Please avoid if possible..

The hotel was ok but the location was awful finding the hotel was like going through a maze and it is not close to any shopping complex. Will not come back

　空港の場所が新しくなったからなのか？空港から１時間の場所にあり、大きい道路から１本中に入ったところでわかりにくくてタクシーの運転手さんも何度も人に尋ねていた。たまたまかもしれないが集団客が入り口でごった返していた。夜中も到着する人がいたのか、雑音で寝付けなかった。 部屋の広さはそこそこあったが、使いかけの石鹸が箱に入っていて、シャンプーなども古いものだった。朝食がついており、７時からだというので行くとまだ誰もいなかったからか盛り合わせにラップがしてあって慌てて取ってくれた。自分は小食なのでフルーツとパンとテイぐらいだったが、たくさん食べる人には種類はあったと思う。 　市内に用はなかったため、予約して泊まるほどではないと感じた。
