It was my first trip in India. The people were kind. But overall, I did not feel clean.

The staff couldn’t be anymore helpful. The property is situated in a busy area but it’s super safe. A bit of modernisation could go a miss. Stayed here many times.

This was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and spacious, with staff always very helpful. The breakfast was fine and the location very convenient.

Disappointing Stay, Wouldn’t Recommend Rooms are quite outdated, and unfortunately, my experience this time was just as disappointing as before. I decided to give the property a second chance for my family’s stay, but it really wasn’t worth it. The overall condition doesn’t justify the price; it feels more like a rip-off. I’d recommend looking at other options nearby that offer much better value and comfort.

The staff at the hotel provide high quality service to guests. The room cleanliness is superb and I honestly admire the service provided by Mr Tapas at housekeeping. Overall, my entire stay was comfortable and exceeded my expectations.

Not worth the price’

We had a very good experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality. They were welcoming, and ensured our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Front desk can be rude although generally ok

Location is good lots of options for food nearby. Decent hotel, Front desk and other staff are good. Breakfast options are good

Really nice stay, food was also good. Clean, convenient and comfortable roo.

Warm welcome and support.

Very close to train station and taxis. Room was very clean and cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. A number of restaurants in the hotel, we only ate at one, it was superb, obviously higher prices than a lot of Mumbai but the food quality was excellent! The best curry we had in Mumbai and that included The Bombay Brasserie (also very good). Just less than £60 for two excellent dishes, breads, rice, three Moscow mules and five beers😁

Very nice location from public transportation and convenience standpoint. The shopping and dining areas are within walking distance. Very crowded area because of the proximity to Dadar Railway Station and parking is a challenge.

We checked in for a stay of 3 nights. Day 1 were allocated room 505. Since we had checked-in in the evening we did not notice the broken floor tiles and uneven tiles which posed a hazard of tripping. We complained about it next morning and were shifted to room 506 next door. We were out the whole day and when we returned in the evening the room had a very bad smell. We called reception and they sent housekeeping staff to come and spray the room. This was a temporary fix as the smell reappeared later in the night and we again complained about it in the morning and asked one of them to come to the room and have a whiff of the bad smell. They agreed that it was a bad smell so moved us again to 306 this time. This room was ok but the basin tap was very tight and when opening it less would make the water flow onto the benchtop instead of the basin thus making a mess on the benchtop. For 3 nights we had to sleep in different rooms wasting our limited time in packing our bags and moving. The housekeeping needs to up their game. Also the people at the reception need to be sent for retraining as not a single of them greeted you with a smile when passing the area. I would definately not recommend this hotel as they charge premium rates for sub-standard rooms.

Service terrible. Non welcoming staff

The check in and check out process was super slow. The staff did not seem to be prepared for the guests with reservation. The room was not as shown in photos while booking. There were 2 seperate beds while the photos and info while booking showed one king size bed.

We encountered cockroaches in our initial room, which was quite unsettling. After reporting the issue, the hotel staff promptly changed our room. However, the bathroom in the new room was not up to standard—there were black marks all over the bathtub, which indicated a need for better maintenance and upgrades. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. Basic items like tea and cups were not replenished in a timely manner, and I had to request refills, which took some time. For a breakfast service, the staff should be proactive in ensuring that everything is well-stocked so guests don’t have to wait. Overall, the hotel needs to focus on improving cleanliness and service efficiency to provide a better guest experience.

We stayed here for 8 nights, and we were pleased to stay at Ramee. Dadar (albeit crowded) was a convenient location for our vacation, and there was plenty of great food connected to the hotel itself, and across the street. The rooms were good sized, and clean. The service of housekeeping and doormen were particularly nice-- thank you Ram Pal, Nandalal, and Raju.
