Staff and amenities great

The property is very nice and the location was great - just outside of the downtown Pushkar area and quick walk into town. Nice pool and room. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Positives; our accommodation was very nice, spacious and comfortable. The ground are very pleasant, including the good sized pool. It’s very close to the centre of Pushkar and the entrance to the Savitri temple, to provide easy access by foot during the day or a short ride in the evening, but just enough distance to allow for you to enjoy a quiet break from the sensory overload of Pushkar. The cafe / restaurant offers a very wide selection of Indian, Asian and Western dishes, and we enjoyed both the breakfast and on one evening dinner there. The staff at the restaurant were excellent. On the other side of the balance sheet, there was no WiFi during our 3 day stay with no explanation and the merest apology. Which isn’t ideal when there is no or poor mobile network coverage in the resort. Further, the restaurant menu, with the exception of breakfast, was only available via QR code, so staff had to hotspot us. The reception stuff were generally unhelpful and seemed uninteresting, to the extent that they didn’t even make an effort to explain or upsell any additional services, etc. They were unable or unwilling to book transport for us on the evening we dined in Pushkar, when we couldn’t book ourselves due to the lack of WiFi / network connection. There was no service in the pool area to provide snacks or drinks, or even provide poll towels despite repeated requests on one occasion. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved Pushkar, but it certainly didn’t feel like luxury.

Great property

Indisches Clamping sehr angenehme gepflegte Anlage mit sehr freundlichem aufmerksamem Service. Standard der Einrichtungen völlig okay aber eben Clamping. Großzügig und geräumig. Haben Upgrade erhalten und etwas weiter entfernt von der Straße daher auch angenehm ruhig. Das angeschlossene Restaurant ebenfalls angenehm und empfehlenswert. Hat Spaß gemacht

Property was very nice. We were coming from Oberois and Taj’s - so not trying to compare but giving a review to help others based on our standards. The property was clean, the tents were good and the grounds were nice. The pool was a little off color/brown (maybe bad chlorine levels) so we did not go swimming. But this could happen anywhere. Staff were very friendly. Overall it was a good stay. But it is a 3 star hotel. It was clean, the location was great, and I’m sure the food will be to some peoples likings. For North Americans on vacation we were overly careful of what we were eating and did not want to take a chance. If I had to stay there again I would have no problem doing so.

Amazing stay. Pleasant surprise that is so near to pilgrim temple. Near access to camel rides.

This was a fun place to stay for a night. It was cold that night so we appreciated the extra bedding and the space heater. The hot water was very complicated to figure out and the staff didn’t seem clear on the directions. The room was very spacious and the bed and linens were good. As in the rest of India, we’d appreciate some washcloths or an extra hand took or two. The breakfast provided was very good.

We loved our one night stay at the Rawai camp. Breakfast was very good and the location is perfect. All the activities are very close from the camp. The staff is extremely helpful, the restaurant staff is cheerful and very happy to serve. Overall it was a wonderful stay

I found this as one of the best luxury places to stay while traveling in Jaipur and around. I Booked one of the luxury camp, cost was I thought it was big expensive but overall good experience. Definitely stay again if travelling to Pushkar. Staff was friendly.

L’infrastructure est top et très bien placée. Le concept est original. Toutefois le service est désorganisé, long…en fonction des standards européens en tout cas. Cendrier de la terrasse pas vide pendant 2 jours, plats servis en chambre mais vaisselle laissée sur la terrasse après, personne pour le Check out...des détails mais qui feraient la différence sur cet établissement.

Amazing stay in amazing place

It’s a lovely idea and the tents are rather nice. They had lots of trouble with the electrical though, hot water not coming, switches cross connected etc. The location a short walk from Pushkar was convenient.

Great location , place was very well maintained. Staff was very polite and helpful. Great food. Pet friendly place. Our dog had great fun . Must stay for anyone visiting Pushkar

Great location; good customer service; excellent hospitality

It was an amazing property. Although when we entered in the late evening it did not give a very good impression as it was very moderately occupied and the pathway lights were not even on. Once with lights on as well as more guests having arrived we felt comfortable and enjoyed the beauty of the property. Had a chance to even chat with the owners and she was enthusiastic to know of our experience as well as any suggestion. While we chatted with our neighbouring tent occupants(expats) even they were pleased with the property.The staff were polite and very accommodative to our request.
