客室も清潔で朝食も美味しかったです。

I had booked this hotel mainly of swimming pool because I’ve got bad leg, when I got there pool was not in service and when I spoke to staff they were extremely rude. I am very disappointed

Our stay was excellent and confortable. Great staff!! Food was very good.

The hotel did not honour as advertised on their third party platform on Expedia about the breakfast buffet. I paid for them when I booked the reservation online. Anyways once I checked in, the receptionist told me that I did not have breakfast included. Ultimately, since it was late I could not make another reservation, I end up staying.

The hotel staff in general is very unhelpful. There’s zero hospitality spirit in the front desk employees. We needed to request for a late checkout for a couple hours beyond the checkout time and they charged us half of their full day rate which many hotels would normally wave if they have availability. Nevertheless we agreed to the extra charges. Unfortunately, our train got delayed and we requested them to give us extra 1hr assuming since we are already paying extra this should not be an issue but the staff simply refused. We had a baby with us but their staff couldn’t care less and forced us to vacate the room immediately even after charging us extra for half day. The hotel property is an old construction and not cleaned properly, the room furniture is in a very sad condition. We will definitely not be returning!

The booking mentioned room is for three adults. Also, had called staff member prior to booking and after making a booking with booking number to provide extra mattress for third person. However, the arrangements were not made until guests arrived and waited to have it in the room after requesting the stagf again few times.

Very close to shopping area and hospitals. Easy access to road and rides. Near to major malls

Immensely disappointed about not having central heating system in the room in this bitter 2 degrees C cold winter weather.

It could be a good hotel but has too many contradictions While the young staff tries to please, there is no reciprocation from the others....and their documentation / record keeping sucks....big time.

Rooms were OK. Reception Staff was very terrible. They took one hour to confirm the room.

Nice hotel to stay in the heart of city. Room was clean and tidy. They gave a complimentary room to my driver as well. Pleasant stay overall.

Smoking rooms should be segregated to one wing of the hotel

Bathroom amenities sub standard and minimum . Extremely expensive and horrible food . Terrible breakfast . Front office executive dumb . Manager in no proper uniform and not helpful
