너무 좋았어요~ 직원들도 너무 친절하구! 주변환경도 깨끗하고! 다만 앞에 쇼핑몰 음식점 종류가 너무 없엇네요~ 호텔에 대한 것은 완전 만족합니다

This is the second time that I have stayed at this property! I would give them a 5 star rating, however, I reserve my highest rating for very exceptional properties! The staff here are very friendly and responsive. The food is well prepared and the variety is great! The rooms are very clean and well maintained. I did have a small issue which was promptly addressed. The hotel should provide the very basics in the room, such as plates and spoons. Guests should t have to ask the front desk to provide dimly amenities like plates and spoons/forks. Overall, a great experience!

Very clean and well maintained property. From our hotel room we could even watch a horse race. Besides, I really liked the daily free Laundry service. The staff were friendly and courteous.

Diverse and tasty breakfast buffet, overpriced a-la-carte dinner menu, friendly staff and great service, Marriott cleanliness standards in the room and common premises.

Hanlula Yimchunger’s warm welcome prior to arrival and daily check ups on my welfare was unique. Staff was very friendly and service across the board was excellent.

Very good property, but the surrounding area outside the hotel is not kept well and it makes it look like a property in a bad locality. The restaurants are good, especially the morning buffet, but I would request the breakfast chef to shake up the breakfast menu a bit, considering it is a 5 star property. There is hardly any non veg, all three days I stayed there, they had chicken sausage and poached fish and nothing more that would fulfill a non vegetarian. Ofcourse there was eggs to order on the menu. In the veg menu too, some changes would be desirable considering it's a 5 star and rehashing the menu of a 3 or 4 star would not add up. Also staff should be watching if kids are going around and touching the food with their bare hands on the buffet items like Vada, samosa, fruits, breads etc. Overall I would rate the breakfast buffet a 7/10. The Cinnamon coffee shop does not have an updated MENU card nor a QR code. When I insisted on a menu card, the staff gave me a menu card, but didn't tell me that the pricing was outdated. So I ended up paying 2.5 times more than the quoted price on the menu card. Is there a reason why the coffee shop doesn't have an updated MENU card? The food invariably was great and I would rate it a 8/10. I had ordered a 1 kg Chocolate Truffle cake from the bake shop, which I must say, was out of the world. I would rate it a 9/10. Overall stay: 8/10

I enjoyed 3 nights stay from the trip, warming welcome and excellent environment. Will definitely return again once traveling to Bangalore!

During my stay at Renaissance Bengaluru I was really impressed by the service and friendliness of its staff. I can especially highlight the lady at the service desk, Sarupa, who actually took care for organizing my days in Bengaluru in a very professional and friendly way which saved me money and time. A clear 10/10 which impressed me very much. Thanks also to the rest of the team. A great experience which I like to continue next time in India.

Great location excellent service. The chef Suman, Sachin, the reception staff Akash and Abhsy as well as Nikita the manager were excellent in looking after us and were offering the highest level of hospitality one can expect! The food was too good and was catering for all palates.

Excellent support from Ms. Sristy/reception/ helping me with my lost luggage

The staff was amazing and very helpful. My Check in and Check out was very easy and comfortable. I even got a breakfast paarcel in the morning as I had an early morning flight. Will Definitely stay again.

The hotel was very busy over the dates of my stay and I experienced a number of problems. The TV didn't work; the power outlets in the room did not work; breakfast was so busy there was no where to sit; room service was too busy at breakfast to answer the phone; when the hotel changed my room I was checked into a room with an existing guest - inside the room; the third room change smelt of smoke. The restaurant served good quality food and the staff are incredibly warm and helpful. Hopefully next time things will be better,

I am incredibly impressed by everyone at this property who went above and beyond to make my stay pleasurable and enjoyable! My feedback to the general manager was promptly acted upon, literally overnight! I cannot even begin to thank everyone for their attention to first class hospitality! Keep the great work!

I have been to this hotel before and I am disappointed that the standards are not the same in the last 3 years. 1. The staff at the reception seem to be under trained. They give different answers and confuse you. 2. The Expedia booking said that there would be one massage with the package. The reception staff said that this would NOT be available since our booking was for 3 days alone. Didn’t make sense.
