Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Visitors who are not citizens of India must obtain an Inner Line Permit (ILP) to enter Sikkim. Each guest must have photocopies of their passport and Indian visa along with the original documents and 2 recent passport-sized photos to receive the permit. Guests can submit these documents at Melli and Rangpo entry checkpoints, Bagdogra Airport's Sikkim Tourism Booth, and Sikkim House in Kolkata or Delhi.

This property is closed from July 23 2024 to June 30 2026 (dates subject to change). This property will be closed from June 30 2023 to June 29 2025 for renovations and will resume operation once the renovation is complete (completion date subject to change).
