We like to stay at the cliffs. Only problem our very loud aircondition. Everything else was nice.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel for what you get. We were delighted with our Panoramic suite. Recently redecorated room, large comfortable bed. Very clean. Fridge. Very good bedroom furniture. A number of locally made, attractive, wooden art pieces added to ambience of the place. Buffet breakfast included. Dinner was very good and inexpensive. The only slight thing that could be actioned/improved on is for the chrome taps etc to be thoroughly cleaned. Also, the shower glass was very water spotted…. Daily clean would prevent this. But, it certainly did not detract from our lovely stay. Thank you. Highly recommend!

Excellent Excellent! Great locations. Suites are very big with wonderful layout and setup. Hearing sound of wsves from beach while sitting in balcony is veru relaxing. Staff was very friendly , pleasant and eent above snd beyond. I will certainly stay there again.

We liked the quiet place, where you only hear the waves splashing at the shore. And all the waiters and men at the reception were very helpful in helping us finding out about Theyyam festival places and anything we wanted to know!

Worst place to stay. Disgusting and horrible smell in rooms. Pathetic and poor reception. I am going to contact my card provider to refund us our money as Expedia was totally useless in getting a refund organised as the place was not as described and it stinks of urine. They try and mask the smell using mothballs. Read the reviews properly and do not stay here ! This place is used as a cheap hangout for Bachelors from Bangalore IT firms and is not fit for purpose for Business and or Family Travellers.

Bad

It was rather disappointing. The staff were not able to respond to our requests promptly, though they indicated that they knew what we wanted. Many a times they would comeback to check on our requests. There were also electrical safety hazards with switches not in place. Finally when we were checking out, they told us we could not use our international credit card. It was lucky we had sufficient cash on hand but left little for our onward journey.

Amazing property and excellent service

Poorly maintained. Good location and excellent property but if properly managed, this can be a good place. Had great expectations but was disappointed. They could have done a better service.
