Noise from outside DJ party should be limited till 10 pm

No beach access - should have been a must Rooms are average in comparison to price - could have been more cleaner and tidy also very poor surrounding with no view at all - forced to remain closed window all the time Most importantly Sterling did not informed us about on going traffic mess on the date of arrival due to some local religious festive, which caused big hassles for us with senior citizen and kids locked up in car on the road for several hours.

The property what not at all like what was advertised on the website. No beach access and rooms not very nice.

This was one of the worst stays ever. To start with they made us wait over an hour after scheduled check-in time only to know that we have not been assigned the room that we booked. We asked them to change our room to booked ones, only one of the 2 rooms we booked was ready. For the second room, even after it was ready we had to go to reception to check and get the keys. Room service was equally pathetic - 1) had to call them 3 times for laundry which was not returned at said time. We had to remind them 3 times to return. 2) we called to book spa services, firstly no one picked at spa contact number, second even after informing at reception no one called back. 3) we called them to request for extra mineral water bottles, After reminding couple of times we got tap-filled old water bottles. Rooms were not clean, especially the balconies (looked like never been cleaned for months). Wifi details were not provided - we had to go to reception ourselves to get the details. Also, wifi is not free which is different from what was mentioned on hotels.com website while booking. Also, the roads to reach this place are not even constructed yet and you have to go via a 5km long mud patch. All in all, a very miserable stay. Not at all worth the money we paid for this. PLEASE AVOID!

Hotel’s premises is good . The food is not meet our expectations.Hotel is in very remote area so it is not easy to approach town. The staffs was also not friendly, Beach is so from here. So overall the hotel is not value for money. We never come to stay here again .

It was a very warm and friendly atmosphere there. The staff was very welcoming and smiling always. Would visit again. The only drawback is that they do not have a bar facility. Rest is all very good.

Website states free internet when you check in you are told that free access is only for one hour and if you want to extend you have to pay an exhorbitant amount. There is no cell phone reception so you are forced to pay the high rates for data

Nice stay in the peaceful corner of the beach.

We had a very horrible stay, rooms are really very old and shabby, no games to play for kids. pl check for all the amenities before you book, as the property is under renovation. Staff are good and polite. Overall the property is in a very bad shape it is not spending 18000 INR for 4 nights.

dont get fool looking at picture its totally opp there is nothing like grand reception or swimming pool or so nice room ...............even the bed are not comfort at rs.5000 it not even for 1000rs.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.It was the worst hotel experience for us. Hotel was horrible,it was too far from the main city,there was no proper road. You have to go to mud road, and it seems like you are travelling in the village. It was at the very end of the city without any access to any transportation and It looked just like a Indian colony and you had to go to the main building to access the wifi. My family and I had to climb up 3 flights of stairs just to reach our room.

A nice resort with peace around with no disturbances. Also the staff is very cooperative. Stay in Hotel was a little short as have been travelling for most of the duration of travel.

Dissatisfied due to non-availability of AC Restaurants.

nous avions réservé pour 2 jours apres avoir demandé de voir la chambre il étais impossible de rester là la malpropreté de la chambre et des airs commune étais loin d`être acceptable l`hotel est très mal situé environs 2 à 3 kl ds un chemain de terre et loin de tout nous avons préférer de perdre notre argent que de rester là je ne recommande pas cet hotel cet hotel devrais être coté une étoile seulement

This Hotel and Resort has seen its better days, 5 years ago. The rooms are shabby, the bathrooms are old, there are no resort facilities! You cannot access the beach from the hotel. The road to the hotel is broken up and it is hard to get to the city. The restaurant and the breakfast are good and the staff is friendly. I would not recommend that future guests stay in this resort, until dramatic improvements are made. It was cheaper than other places but the experience was BAD!
