Absolutely amazing experience. It didn't start off great. In fact, they stuffed up with a couple of things with my wife's birthday surprise and spa booking but they made up for it in ways I cannot even express. It was a delightful experience after day 1. We were there for a week and every single day felt special. Every staff member at the property makes you feel special and are very warm and courteous. I'd like to thank Muskan for her amazing hospitality throughout our stay. Despite having challenges at the airport with the indigo disruption, she managed to arrange a pick up, put us in a very good room, made my wife's birthday very special by the beach and was always available for absolutely anything and everything that we needed. While the Property is great, it's the staff that take it to the next level so keep up the great work Taj. We look forward to staying at another Taj property very soon.

Very old property. Had no elevators

Hôtel 3 étoiles au mieux (vieillot, chambre petite, plafond bas, draps de mauvaise qualité et en plus sales). Le balcon est minuscule et est vite inondé lorsqu’il pleut. Petit-déjeuner (gargantuesque mais de mauvaise qualité) servi dans une salle bruyante. Filets anti-oiseaux sur la terrasse qui est équipée de souffleries assourdissantes. Plage sale comme partout en Inde. À oublier vite

全体的に満足しています。 ただ一つ残念だった事は、ベランダに置いてあった灰皿に他人の吸殻の入っていた事です。

The most beautiful place I have been in a loong time. We woke up to the sound of waves, perfect rooms, beds and comfort everywhere. Delicious breakfast and nice food in the restaurants. We tried the buffee for lunch and it was luxurious and delicious. All the staff working in all the different services were so kind and helpful. We left for another hotel we had planned but miss this hotel already....

Nice room

We stayed at three hotels during our recent visit to India and this was our worst stay. The staff was indifferent to my wife being sick. We also needed to change our stay and they said Expedia wouldn’t allow it but when we requested through Expedia, they said the hotel rejected the request. They said there was a doctor around but too busy to actually make it to see my wife. Our hotel room was in a location where the internet didn’t work Room 108. Just too many issues.

No hot water on 1st day. No briefing regards the layout of property hiven

Had an amazing time at Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage. the property is amazing and staff are incredible. There was a big food selection around the property. Pool and pool area was clean and also have staff around to assist. There is a private beach located on property that you can walk on and have many water activates to enjoy. our Room was clean and there was also one everyday to clean and provide clean towels. The staff was super fully and helped make the stay very comfortable. Would recommend the resort for families or even a calm couples getaway. was super impressed with my experience. Would defiantly recommend or go again.

Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage offers a stunning beachfront stay with Portuguese-style architecture, excellent service, and great dining. The rooms have beautiful sea views, and the private beach adds to the charm. A perfect mix of luxury and relaxation in Goa.

This is a very clean and nice resort to stay. We stayed there for 4 nights and the hospitality is unbelievable. I wish we could stay longer The beach is right there. They have various restaurants too. It was a very welcoming resort and will stay there again!

Typical Portuguese style hotel built 30 years ago. Now a Taj property. Service not upto Taj standard especially Reception staff. Bit slow. Nice ambiance. Rooms are real heritage type n big. Portico u hv to squeeze your self. High tea horrible. At least they gave nice dosa. Cold tea. One small not so exciting bar. Food ok not super. The adjacent property Horizon is supposed to be modern with great view of the sea, The Heritage is closer to sea n few steps away. The beach is black sand . Bit muddy to have a dip. Good enough for a morning or evening walk. Half Taj standard property.

Excellent stay

One of the best experiences of service I have had. The team were very customer focused, knew their specialisms and were able to provide a very memorable stay. Riya and Nikita were stars for the whole stay and helped us with information and any requests we had. Deepak, Nitin, Malick and Thulsi were exceptional in the café/restaurant and always very attentive and served with a smile. Chef Vidhya was another star who even cooked special meals to allow us to taste some of her great food. Dattaram ensured we were looked after throughout our stay. The property has a great vibe and resort feel with lovely open areas and uses fans more than air conditioning, which provides that more traditional experience. The room we had was spacious and had a good view. The high tea is wonderful and has plenty of choices which vary daily. It was hard to fault this hotel and our stay except that we should have stayed longer!
