타즈뷰, 아그라-IHCL 셀레큐션

오래된 호텔이지만 집기류가 깨끗하고 전반적으로 관리가 잘되어 있음.정문입구 호텔경비원이 릭샤를 적절한 가격에 불러주고 직원들 친절도가 높다.더러운 바라나시 다운타운에 있다와서 그런지 만족도 최고였음.타지마할이 객실창문으로 볼수 있어 행복했음

창밖의 타지마할은 좀작게보이긴하지만 조앗음 창문방음이 안돼서 시끄럽더라구요ㅠ

게이트웨이 수랏에 비해 시설이 빈약했다 노후시설을 리모델링하여 목욕탕은 깨끗했으나, 벽체부분은 문이 그대로 드러나 있었다. 좀 다른 얘기지만 환전시 주의를 요함. 나의 경우 위폐 1000 루피가 끼워져 있었다. 카운터에서 돈을 골라주는 느낌을 받았는데(?) 다소 고의성이 의심됨

Amazing hotel - wonderful location, great staff and service. The pool was great.. but wish the pool and sky deck was open longer .. sky deck should be open early morning and pool should be open at least till 10pm.. sky deck opening at noon is way too late especially in the summer.

Ik vond het personeel ietwat opdringerig. Wat ik echt een probleem vond was de gehorigheid. Alles buiten de kamer hoorde je. Het lopen en schuiven van de meubels in kamers boven je. Spelen van kinderen in een aantal kamers van je vandaan. Niet rustig.

I would stay here again for sure.

Great place to stay for a Taj view and access

Very close to Taj Mahal. Safe hotel with a great gym and pool. Very clean and welcoming. Staff were able to hold luggage until check in time and also hold luggage after check out until our train time. I booked a room for our family of 4, with meals, and it was one of the best decisions. It was a great dinner and breakfast buffet that we all loved. Perfect to visit Taj very early in am and get back to hotel for buffet breakfast and then head back to Agra Fort, Baby Taj etc and then head back for dinner buffet. Would highly recommend it for anyone’s once in a lifetime visit to Taj Mahal.

The Taj View very quickly became the most incredible hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Quite simply they are a luxury hotel that doesn’t treat you like VIP, they treat you like FAMILY! By the end of our first day every single service member knew who we were BY NAME, which room we were staying in, why we were visiting Agra, and even took time to remember small little facts about us. For example, they noticed after I handed them my passport that it was my birthday a day prior, by the time we got to the room it was decorated, sweet treats were brought up, a reservation was made for us at the Sky Deck, and a birthday cake was brought out to celebrate at the end of our dinner. Every service member stopped what they were doing throughout the day to wish me a happy birthday! The best part of the stay though was easily Max and Maya, the hotel dogs! They were so friendly and sweet. As someone who has a major soft spot for animals, being in India was difficult with seeing all the street dogs. We were greeted at the door of the Taj View by sweet Maya and the moment I was told I could pet her my heart melted like ice in Delhi heat! The staff noticed my love for the dogs and made sure anytime we made our way into the lobby that they were both released so I could pet them. They followed us around and we enjoyed their company immensely. We booked our Taj Mahal experience through the Taj View as well. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with this experience. It’s worth booking!

All the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The close location to the Taj is very nice. We enjoyed the food and friendly service at restaurant and the roof top area. Overall a great stay

This is not a 5 star property, barely a 3 star. It’s worn down and needs modernizing. I had dirty towels on arrival and the seal was broken on the shower so would flood the floor when used. Housekeeping decided to randomly cover the bed with a message in leaves, but although the intention was there, after a long hot day in the sun you just want to get in bed and not have to clean it all before you do. Food was ok but ridiculously expensive so wasn’t of any value. I ate on the rooftop and was told to book in as it’d get busy, I was the only person and there was no lights so you couldn’t even see the food, and there’s no point as the Taj is not illuminated, little touch lamps would work, which I received in other cities - but Gagan was a great waiter and made the meal pleasant. Sebastian and of course Max and Maya (4 legged welcome party) were the standout, but on the whole was very disappointed in the hotel.

The management, staff at the front desk as well as the cleaning staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable; I would recommend this property because of this anytime.

ホテルは綺麗で清潔。タージマハルからも近く、ホテルからも見えます。 部屋も広くて過ごしやすかった。 また朝食も美味しかった。 ロビーに二匹の大型犬がいて出迎えてくれた。とてもしつけられていて、まったく吠えずセラピードッグのようにいろいろな宿泊客に撫でなれていたり、お出迎えをしたりお見送りをしたりしてくれていた。

This is a very beautiful hotel and the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful.

The hotel was a rip off, absolutely overpriced food, the jacuzzi was dirty and the windows dirty and smeared from tbe outside. The stores in the hotel offered completely overpriced goods. Would not recommend to stay here

I had a lovely time at this hotel. At first, I was skeptical in booking because as an Amercian, I the name of the hotel wasn't familiar. But this hotel was exceptional. I had book Hyatt in a different location which I regretted. If I had knew about this Taj chain, I would have booked in all the cities I visited. Excellent room. Thye upgraded my room, and they breakfast menu was above a beyond. Even, they room service food was excellent. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.
