Spa was relaxing but was paid so cannot be included in feedback moreover breakfast was not at all up to the mark , golf car was not coming on time at all due to wedding it was difficult for us to sleep soon it was very disturbing and bad experience otherwise property was ok even food experience was also not great according to money the quantity was way less. Communication between staff wasn't great. Hospitality seemed subpar at best.

Very bad management of people. Everything from managing the transport of people by buggy/taxi was very inefficient and chaotic, the service during breakfast was terrible. Very unprofessional and dumb staff.

El Hotel es muy bonito, muy cuidado los jardines, zonas de piscina amplías, comida rica y en un entorno privilegiado. Sin embargo debido a que se realizan muchos eventos en el Hotel en nuestro caso tuvieron que cambiarnos 2 veces de habitacion-con las molestias que esto acarrea. -El agua caliente se calienta con paneles solares por lo tabto se terminaba con una ducha. Tuvimos que ducharnos con agua fria varias veces. -personal atento pero muy poco eficiente, lento y en ocasiones poco amigable. -internet malísimo (un punto que deben mejorar si o si) lento y dejaba de funcionar cada 10minutos. -una de las dos piscinas no se podía usar durante nuestra estancia. La otra (la grande) estaba llena de gente que hací mucho ruido y la música muy muy alta todo el tiempo (recomendaría bajar o quitar la música para estar mas relajados). -resumen: estancia no tan cómodo como lo esperado y en mi opinión, no refleja las 5 estrellas y precio que tiene el Hotel. Hay potencial para ser un gran Hotel pero deben mejorar aspectos básicos.

Property doesn’t offer all amenities they advertise such as folk dance or live music during dinner time. Property claimed as 5 star but I would rate 1 star just because of their location only. service and staff horrible.

The comfort of staying in this hotel is great. The rooms were massive, quite clean and with balcony view of the mountains. There is greenery all around. The food at their restaurant is superb, which is not true for the room dining per se. I would suggest to take the food at their restaurant rather than having it via room dining as the taste is better there and also the cost is a bit less. Their breakfast buffet has massive options and you would feel tired of eating but the options won't end. Their gaming area is also nice but most games are paid except for a few like Table Tennis. And their new Infinity pool is awesome and you will feel great after spending some quality time there. Their staff is also quite helpful and understanding. The only downside of this hotel is that it is about 7-8 kms outside the main city. We needed some medicines from outside for which we had to take their cab to and fro which costed us ₹500. Also, you need their free in-house cabs for going from one place to another like from your room to pool, restaurant, reception, playing area, etc. and vice versa but that is not much of a problem, as you just call them once before leaving your room and they will come in time, without you waiting for their cabs at the common pickup area like we saw some other guests waiting their endlessly. Apart from that everything was great about this hotel.

The place wasn't clean itself. It was very crowded and none of the staff explained or gave us the tour of the property like other hotel staff. The washroom doesn’t even have door and it was smelly as well. I don’t recommend going there. If you want to have experience; just book for one day and then later extend your booking if you like it.

The Antana is not fit for purpose, other than for weddings. There were at least 3 weddings taking place over a 24 hour period. Facilities, like swimming pools, restaurants et. where closed due to wedding set up or take down. Weddings were noising lasting till 3am. Other than wedding guests, there is not atmosphere, limited people vacationing here lending to a depressing vibe. We left after 1 night instead of staying the duration we booked for. In summary, this is a wedding / conference venue - do not stay here unless you for this criteria.

I would say overall experience was less than optimal. I was initially told that there was no reservation for me. When I shared my hotels.com reservation no., I was told their reservation number only starts with 1. I have few nerve wrecking moments at that time. On pushing back a lot the front desk person reached out to back office reservations team. It took them few tries to finally figure things out. I feel the front desk staff was not properly trained. The situation could have been handled in a much better way, without affecting customer experience. Other thing was that nothing was done to make-up for the initial goof-up in spite of escalation. Then I was givn wrong information about amenities and complimentary services. I was told that breakfast and dinner are complimentary, although only breakfast was. The amenities information was not up-to-date. On the good part room was clean and good and breakfast was good.
