Breakfast was ok, it could be better .. room was alright , I was issue a drink upson my arrival never recieve ( maybe due to my late check in -1:30 am ) but there wasn’t any drinks or water offer .. for a couple hours stay… I guess it’s ok.. now the shower .. was probably my best .. I didn’t take photo only because.. what was there to take? .. overall.. place was ok..

Clean rooms, friendly welcoming staff, and good modern amenities...

Average. Needs serious eforts for regular maintenance of room comfort. Aircon is strictly sub par. TV/cable does not work. The hotel is somewhat indifferent about it. Breakfast is also sub par. Late night and early morning noises in the hallway wake you up.

The staff is friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was great. No complaints at all.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here – the staff was helpful and friendly, and the area is fantastic, with a small, quiet beach just down the road. I hope to go back!

Quiet location, just a quick 5 minute walk to a nearby taxi/tuk tuk stand or you can hire a taxi through the hotel. About 5 minute drive from Miramar Beach. The room was clean, staff was helpful. Restaurant food/breakfast was good.

A simple hotel with good food and friendly staff in a quiet area of Goa. The beach in front is more for walk rather than bathing. I'd go back in the future.

Great staff

I had to cancel my booking on the day before because I fell sick. Hawaii Comforts had no issue taking the entire sum of money associated with the booking where they quoted that their agreement with Expedia allows them to do so in the last 72 hours. I was struck by this short-sightedness in taking all the money for no services provided. I can understand if the establishment took some sort of penalty fee and tried to do the right thing but no such attempt was made. I feel ripped off and I am going to publish this review so that the hotel knows what I thought of their behaviour.

The Hawaii Comforts was an excellent choice on our recent visit to Goa! The room was clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was so friendly. There is a delicious restaurant, a small corner convenience store, and an abundance of available tuk tuks just up the road. AC in our room was excellent, the bed was very hard but we got a great night's sleep. FYI though, the "bottled water" advertised is not truly bottle water as Americans would be used to, it is a refillable bottle of water. Though it was probably safe to drink, we still used water purifying tablets on it and only used it to brush our teeth as it was the very beginning of our trip and we didn't want to take the risk.

Good location and access to beach, plenty of food options in around the locality, not very crowded. the property does not bother to customer requests, requested a beach room, and some other queries 2 weeks prior to check in but did'nt bother to revert at all and kept arguing after a few hours of checking in. Despite several rounds of discussions with expedia & higher ups they all just apologize but no were near a solution. Everyone sounded to save their backs and wash of the hands but none willing to own up the case. Besides expedia expects its guests to reach out to it to confirm if the property acknowledges its correspondences. if that is the case better not to have an option of sending an advance msg if its not likely to be read. Besides expedia made it even crazier to have the guests ask all the names of the people to whom they have spoken over the phone & in person. shoddy coordination
