The room that is being advertised is not the room that we were given, half the hotel is under renovations and none of the amenities available as advertised such as the swimming pool, spa, or the gym. Basically we have been mis-sold the hotel. There was no bath tub, no bathrobes, no slippers and the wallpaper was peeling off and the wooden floorboards had splinters. How do i go about making a claim against tge incorrect advertising on the website. Surely we should have been advised that the hotel was under renovations.

The WiFi keeps disconnecting and it's not interesting at all to the hotel staff. You advertised that there's a pool, that there's massage, and that there's exercise. There's nothing here. There's renovations going on and it'll take another six months, and you have to advertise that.

Good room size but internet did not work in the room for 1.5 days out of my 2days of stay. Each time I had to go by reception desk to get WiFi and that made it inconvenient. Also, cable tv did not work for half a day.

I have been going to this hotel for 20 years and this has been my worst experience. The dining and room service staff were awful no manners, unless management do some thing about this the hotel will go down hill

Imperial hotel is always consistent with quality and service no issues inside the hotel one step outside the hotel. I can understand their problem but that is India dirty noisy and smelly. However the hotel itself is just amazing.

Room Internet was spotty and not available everyday. Had to go down to lounge to use it several days. The hotel is well placed on a busy road but needs to be renovated. Food is good. Staying for 2 weeks there, breakfast becomes monotoneous. Can have more varieties.
