Awful. No heating in the room dispite me upgrading to an executive room. No hot water. I do not recommend this hotel in the winter. I came home ill. For breakfast no juices whatsoever. Never again. I even complained to the general manager of the hotel. Apparently his email address doesn’t work.

Mijn verblijf in dit hotel was een grote teleurstelling. De kamer was onhygiënisch, met beddengoed dat al lange tijd niet leek te zijn verschoond. Overal vlogen insecten rond en de sfeer was ronduit onprettig. De werkelijkheid komt totaal niet overeen met wat op de foto's wordt voorgespiegeld — het hotel had eerder de uitstraling van een louche buurt. Ook over het ontbijt was ik zeer ontevreden: totaal niet wat ik had verwacht. Geen aanrader.

Property was clean but it could do with more indepth cleaning i.e. ensuring each table was cleaned thoroughly and glasses were cleaned in dining area. I saw a bug walking on the table and in between the tissues. Wasn't much to do within walking distance so had to travel in car or 3 wheeler. Bathroom was a slight let down as toilets were never thoroughly cleaned and there were cobwebs by curtains and rotting wood. Mini fridge was giving off heat so had it replaced. Lifts didnt work for 3 days. No hot water in shower on last night of stay. Wi fi connection wasn't reliable as would drop off during peak hours. Despite all this, the staff were polite and apologetic and dealt with issues. Food was fresh and tasty. Staff in room service would always check if I enjoyed the meal or if I needed anything else.

When we arrived the lift wasn't working for 4 days so we had to use staff lift or walk 3 flights of stairs. On our last night, the boiler broke down so no hot shower. Despite that, staff are friendly, polite and answer your calls. Food was lovely.

The bathrooms need updating and the menu in the restaurant in particular the vegetarian main menu dishes needs a more varied choice,currently the vegetarian main dishes are very limited. Overall the hotel was value for money and would recommend it.

Nice hotel to stay in, clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Could have more options on breakfast but nice. Surrounding not so great near highway.

I was not happy with the cleanliness of the shower room. The staff were very friendly. They do not offer a continental breakfast I.e only one option of juice and cereal. It would be good to have a self serve coffee machine.

Booked this for my elderly parents, mother in wheel chair and father with limited mobility, had requested room on ground floor and breakfast in bedroom. The hotel do not respond back to any requests special requests or to emails following booking. On arrival, parents requested room on ground floor or lower floors, breakfast in bed room. The front desk reply was that all guests must come down stairs for breakfast during set times and they have no rooms on ground floor, they are unable to cater for anyone with limited mobility. My parents accepted the front desk advice, i then contacted Expedia regarding this, they contacted hotel and again could not really help. The hotel is not designed for guests with mobility problems and sadly they advertise breakfast in bedroom but will be informed it’s not available and it’s hotel policy all guests eat in the main dining area. Luckily their stay was booked for 7 days and booked another hotel for the remaining 35 days, that catered for disabled customers. They were on holiday for a family wedding and the other family members too booked the same hotel which was slightly further away but well worth the journey for the quality of rooms, facilities and excellent customer service.

The property is situated close to amenities,staff are very polite and cheerful.reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel for business or family stays. If I was to come to Phagwara again then I would book this hotel without hesitation.

Stayed for a week and the hotel was great. Central location to all places. The food was great and nice cocktails. The staff were very friendly. I would stay here again.

Very convenient location. The staff was pleasant. Laundry & room service was good.

Noisy - party downstairs went on till 1am. we stayed at Ramada Jalandar and decided to be nearer family by moving to this hotel in Phagwara - this hotel was about the same condition as Ramada (out-dated, dusty, didn't feel clean)....ok for a nights stopover but no longer than that.
