호텔은 아주 깨끗하고 청결히 관리되고 있으며, 직원의 친절도가 최상임. 조식 뷔페도 만족스럽고 저녁식사도 3곳의 식당에서 다양한 음식이 제공됨. 공항에서 거리가 다소 멀다.

Lovely hotel very big but surprisingly only 2 restaurants. Staff were friendly but service could be improved.

I had a nightmare at the checking when we were met with upsetting treatments by the Manager Prateek. We were 3, me, my wife and a minor son. The first argument begun when Prateek insisted us to take a copy of passport of the child which is prohibited by international privacy laws. We Asked him that we can discuss this next morning as it was 3:00 at night and we were visibly sick. But Preateek didn't show any respect to Privacy GDPR laws and said he wouldn't check us in without saving copy of ID of a minor. However when I asked the mandate he failed to show anything in his support. This was a rude, and incompetent behavior for a manager. After checking he got again in to greed and egregious argument that I must pay Rs. 2500 tax per day extra for the minor. I argued that the booked room allows 3 persons as it shows "Sleeps 3". He insisted that it doesn't matter, we must pay for the third person. I argued that we already have 2 beds in the room and we will not need the 3rd bed. But he was extremely stubborn. I said I have already paid the room on Expedia and I can't pay the extra that he wants and if he wants we can cancel the reservation. He says then that I will not get any refund. I got upset. We were sick and it was 3:00 night but nothing moved him at all. We felt that we are being extorted of money. Stressed and terrified my wife chose to pay that. You may have a wonderful hotel but respect and hospitability was missing and we didn't feel welcome. Our stay is spoiled.

Very helpful staff, very clean and well thought out rooms and very quiet.

The hotel was an amazing experience. Absolutely worth booking. I will be back again.

Property was clean but service was not the greatest for a five star hotel compared to others that I have stayed at. Overall there are better five star stays in Delhi.

Great customer service and amenities

Excellent hospitality. The staff is super friendly and courteous. Breakfast at Cafe Knosh was the highlight of my stay and the staff made it all the more special. Kudos to Nitin Ratolia for his awesome hospitality and Chef Himanshu for directing his staff to make his speciality items for me during my stay. Special mention for Pankaj at Dilli 32 as well for the one time I had dinner. I definitely plan to stay at this property next time I visit India. I enjoyed every bit of my time despite some initial hurdles at the time of checkin (and minor maintenance issues during the stay that were promptly taken care of though) which was totally overshadowed by wonderful hospitality and friendliness of the staff.

Triple room is not ready. It take very long time

The room that we stayed in (Delux Suite) was great but the breakfast wasn't. The choices were limited, there were lots of packed foods instead of freshly cooked. The supply of the cooked food was an issue as well, it wasn't replenished as quickly as it should have.
