Shower had a mold, even after several request, house keeping did not clean it throughly, towels were not clean, shower had no grab bar, enterance do not have railings. Twin bed were comfortable, breakfast was excellent, all staff members were very cooperative.

I booked it for my inLaws. We booked 2 twin bed room for 3 people and they have given 1 king bed room and one person has to sleep on floor with a mattress. Room was not well maintained. Also though we have booked free breakfast they first denied for breakfast, however than later provided after request. Staff was not friendly and less helpful.

If you travel around India with your own sheets then it's the kind of place you can stay. The bed was comfortable but with only a thin base sheet over the mattress and a nylon blanket on top, if failed miserably to prove comfort or enjoyable sleeping experience. The restaurant is OK and the bar passable. Standard Indian fare for dinner and breakfast. 2.5miles from the airport sounds close but its at the wrong end of the airport and it takes between 40mins to 1 hour to reach the terminal. Overall if you have stayed in 3 star hotels in India before then you will be fine here. Otherwise find somewhere else.

Hotel was nice but dark. staff was slow with service.

If you're a business traveller and require the internet whilst staying at a hotel then I suggest you avoid this particular one. It took 90 minutes and numerous requests in order to obtain a password from reception who usually just said - ok just one minute! the internet is painfully slow once you eventually get connected, signal is often lost and can take 1 hour plus of trying to re-connect. This is a PAID service not free!! I asked if they could organise a cab, reply as usual - one minute and we'll call you. I checked out 6 hours later without anything being arranged!!! Totally poor customer service, room facilities very poor, internet poor, directly under flight path for airport, all in all I can only recommend you avoid. I would put this in my bottom 3 hotels.

Do not book a room in that hotel ! Very expensive for what it is : dirty bed sheets , gloomy rooms, and awful service at the reception.

The Roa has a better level of cleanliness than I have seen in many hotels in Mumbai in this price range. So from that viewpoint it was a good thing. The rooms have a sort of modern looking design which is nice. The drawbacks are that the rooms do not have a great sound isolation and one tends to hear everything that is happening in the corridor and in neighboring rooms - which can be at times disturbing the sleep. The staff are definitely very helpful and are doing their best to make your stay comfortable. The other things was the internet line, which was incredibly slow and I was not able to work my emails through it. I was told they were working on that.
