Great experience during my recent stay in Shirdi at this place. I had to leave a different hotel because of the distance from temple, no transportation provided and the untidy room. Found this on Expedia for a slightly higher price but totally worth it. Only concern is bed sheets and towels could have been a little more cleaner. I see other low star reviews but my personal experience was great. Being so close to the temple, I was able to go for Darshan multiple times.. Please note that the reception is on the first floor all the way to the end. I called the location prior to going in just to ensure my reservation went through. After checkout, the staff handed a small Baba idol and prasad packet which was a nice gesture. Will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends

We liked the friendliness of employees.Whenever we ordered room service it was promptly carried out.
The only thing we didn’t like the reception was not on the main floor.Because of that our cab driver misbehaved with one of your employee. He was also very rude to us. But we want to apologies to the person who helped with our baggage for the misbehavior of that driver.

They should consider on their check in and check out time. Beside need to work on cleanliness there is hair drop and stains everywhere in the room. Otherwise i would say this is the best hotel for every individual that intend to stay while you are on your pilgrimage at Shirdi. Thank you.

The hotel is slightly expensive considering the AC doesn't work that great and the overall room conditions are a bit lacksided. However it is much better than its peer Hotel Golden View. Room up keep could have been better

The location is fabulous for those who wants to take many trips to the temple. It's just opposite the temple, probably 200 meters away, across the main road.
The welcome package of Sai Baba's prasad and Urni was a very pleasant surprise! The staff onsite, was extremely helpful.
One downside was if you like to sleep in the morning this is a bit disturbing, as you will hear the Aarati at 4 A.M and on wards. Also cancelling reservation is next to impossible and the staff won't pick up our call from USA. Very sad. Otherwise I would have given 5*s.
Loved this place and will go again!

The rooms are big & spacious. It's located just in front of the temple so very convenient. However TV was not working when we came in. We had to ask for towels & hot water only started coming in in morning. There is a restaurant just below as well. Convenient location.
