Super friendly housekeeping staff. Reception team will fulfil your request immediately too. Park’s gate is 10 mins away by foot. Food at the restaurant is good too. The only issue is getting non vegetarian food. Best option is to order online

Stayed here for around 2 weeks and nothing really to complain. Good value for money and quite comfortable. Decent sized rooms and good TV. Breakfast is good, although gets repetitive for long stays. There is scope for improvement but overall it is a good hotel. Surely recommend!

Friendly staff, kept clean and well maintained considering its an old hotel. Their staff will ensure everything is working and clean every corner. Large rooms. The only issue is noise outside the hotel. Street vendors so you cant blame the hotel for this. Walkable distance from the park

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the room was spacious and comfortable.the WiFi connection was good, the day manager was extremely helpful. However, the bathroom lacked ventilation and the bathroom fittings while adequate needed maintenance. On the whole a very satisfactory stay

The check-in experience was not that great, however the hotel is situated at centre of the city with close proximity to Lal Bagh. Hotel cleanliness was Okay. Service was not good with very less options of food

Ok stay. Nothing special. Stayed for 2 days. 1st day after check-in found no towels. Had to ask for towels. Then realized no toiletries. Had to ask for the same as well. Next day it was ok. At Hotels.com's special rate, the stay was ok. Else I wonder if I would pay the regular amount for a stay in this hotel.

I went to the hotel to check in and before that I asked them to show couple of rooms and they showed me and what I found in all the three rooms. 1. Mosquitos 2. Rooms were dirty smell furniture are old 3. Bath room was so dirty I went down and told them that I am not going to check in.

Going by the web description and photos we thought this could be a good place to stay and booked for 4 nights, but moved out after one night. Hotel was average , bed linen was dirty and bed not comfortable.
