The service and facilities are very good. Breakfast was fine. Overrall the experience was nice except for the location.The hotel is in the interior of nungambakkam and is not readily accessible. You need to hire autos or taxis to reach the place.

Due to the lack of coordination regarding the registration of the room between the hotel and Expedia, we had to unnecessarily wait for two hours that made us reschedule our plan for the day. There was serious lack of ethics and coordination which led to a disruption of plans and had us wait unnecessarily.

Stay was comfortable. Because of recent cyclone, there was outage of wifi and TV dish access which caused some inconvenience. Food was great and staff was courteous and helpful.

Good hotel. I like the cleanliness and the calm atmosphere the best. And it is safe for a single traveler. Very very customer friendly. they allow early check-ins if required.

The front area was not really attractive but the rooms were very modern with ample lightings and area. Only problem was that I had requested a double bed for my room but all 3 rooms that I booked had twin beds. The food that we ordered thru room service was delivered very promptly. The food was great too.

The place was amazing, a good location, however it was hard to communicate with the staff because they hardly speak english or any other language that is not their own.

Staff was helpful though sometimes forgetful. My room didn't have a telephone so had to open door and call out to them. The room was just behind the reception. A few things were kept in my room as storage. They didn't remove it even after I checked in. Food was good. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and sumptuous. Toilet was clean, though the shower partition was not enough to keep the rest of the toilet dry. AC was functioning. As it was in the middle of the town, could call uber taxis within minutes. The room rates were affordable. Taxes were added later but it was a small amount. Good for a budget traveller who wants a clean quiet place to sleep. P.s. a suggestion to the management. Change ur milk powder sachets. They are difficult to open and messy when opened.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location in a residential area with close proximity to everything. Rooms are pretty big. Its a new hotel thus the condition was good but a continuous odour from the bathroom kept coming. The wifi did not work at all and room service is really poor. Though it slightly improved after the first couple of days. Breakfast was included but very basic, which mainly consisted of South Indian dishes. Staff is friendly but their is a major language barrier, its difficult to communicate unless you know Tamil, but this is a common problem all over Chennai. Had booked for 2 nights but extended it to 5. Would definitely stay here the next time, hopefully they will iron out the creases by then.

This place is awesome, very neat and tidy rooms with best possible amenities. Hotel staff were too friendly. Will recommend this place to everyone and specially for people visiting chennai for visa.
