Affordable, clean and conveniently located for the US Visa and BKC complexes. The best thing about the hotel are the free Indian breakfasts, everything from Idli, pavbhaji to Chhotel Bhature.
Also, it's a 10 mins walk to the US passport pickup and biometric center, just across the bridge over the Mithi river. If you have never visited Mumbai, you will find the area questionable, as the river itself is full of trash. This is like any locality in Kurla, feels congested. But it should be a safe place to stay. You can get an auto right outside the hotel and Uber and Ola auto also works. Once you are inside the hotel, you are cut off from the area, and it's a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff is very helpful and the rooms, though slightly small, are clean. No issues with hot water, air-conditioning etc. Everything in good condition and I got great rates on hotels.com.

The purpose of our trip was visa interview. Hotel is very convenient from consulate office. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Thought I would get a single bed but didn’t. Was unable to sleep properly in the bed which is very uneven. Hot water was not working fine. Overall it’s disappointing

The visit was okay. It wasn't value for money. Room was small. I saw a spider on my bed when I entered the room. The bathroom had no hand towels, shampoo or toothpaste. Overall it was just okay.

Nothing to like about. They are cheaters who ask you to pay first and then show you filthy rooms. And if you decide to move out, they do not do any refund - totally unprofessional!

Hotel required a lot of information upon checkin(where I had come from, where I was going after this hotel, copies of passport, visa, and took a photo of me) but the staff was all very friendly. They also did not specify that the room key needed to be returned during the stay in order for the cleaning service to get in and clean the room.
The room itself was clean and fit the photos in the description.
